Please abide by these simple and fair rules.

Titles will be changed to lower case and abuse will possibly lead to locked topics, deletion and/or banning.

That's one of the most bizarre rules that I've ever seen at a forum. No caps in headings or text? They way it's described at first I thought it meant that you can't even properly punctuate by capitalizing the first letter of a sentence. Now I understand that typing all text in caps is perceived as "yelling". Now I’ve heard it all.
