What did Dr.Condaleeza Rice say under oath to the 911 commission about the August 6th 2001 presidential daily briefing memo entitled 'Bin Ladin dertermined to strike in the US'? I'm sure she claimed it only contained "historical information" about overseas terror when in fact much of it was unambiguously present tense and domestic.
