Black Pilled: Eco-Fascist Accelerationism

Jason Arment warns about ignoring incels and eco-fascists becoming more rampant and widespread; the coalescing of specific ideologies should be more closely examined.
Understanding what it means to be “blacked pilled” is best understood through the lens of what it means to be “red pilled.” The red pill has morphed several times in terms of what it’s meaning in purpose. What once represented an awakening akin to that undergone by Neo in The Matrix turned into an embrace of closed-minded worship of white Westernism.
The black pill represents much more sinister urges that have risen from the collective consciousness that is pooled in various spaces on the internet. Instead of awakening to support the resistance against a towering machine of capitalism and corrupt governance, or arising from slumber to defend it, some now choose to hasten the fates ultimate decision—an ending to what has long stood erect and resolute, for good or ill. Accelerationists, as they’re called, want to push everyone over the edge and then build something better in the ashes. How exactly the construction of a new society occurs is where things become fuzzy, not that a whole lot of what they believe is crystalline.
The accelerationists want to cause not just destruction, but dissent and unrest through government crackdowns and social isolation of those who already feel disenfranchised. The censor of online forums by New Zealand is what the killer wanted, just as the social witch hunt across social networking and streaming sites pushes their narrative in the desired direction. The killer wants their brothers in arms to activate and commit similar acts of inhumanity.
If this becomes a trend, even a smaller one like the incel movement, the acts will only increase in severity. The killer is an eco-fascist who seems to most closely identify with China’s flavor of tyrannical government, where the military plants trees and journalists are jailed for doing their jobs. However, even in these identifications, the amorphous nature of fascism remains as fluid and shifting as the gender queer people they hate so much.
Internet culture is the area most grounded for many of these types who have learned little from books but have read much from behind the glow of their computer monitors.
Internet culture is the area most grounded for many of these types who have learned little from books but have read much from behind the glow of their computer monitors. They will continue to “go for the high score” and tomorrow’s atrocities may very well involve today’s politicians. The heritage of reactionary hate these people draw from includes wide swaths of Nazism, paganism, and antagonistic nihilism. Although many come from the internet, their ideologies don’t have much to do with cyberspace or memes, beyond what would be considered by most a free but highly influenced “market” of ideas that usually never faces any sort of real accountability.
The mainstream media and those who serve as its mouthpieces are wary of a deep dive into these specifics the same way they’ve avoided any sort of due diligence in pursuing the Vegas shooter’s story. It just seems not to matter to them, they’d rather wallow in the all too common, and now widely recognized, tropes of crazed racists inflicting pain on the world.
I believe it’s worth examining the specific urges that amalgamate into driving motivations and intentions. In the case of the New Zealand mass murderer, it’s eco-fascist accelerationism—imagine the American prepper movement, but much further right and harboring malevolence to the very existence of society. Instead of simply preparing for society to fall, the eco-fascists, who are also accelerationists, actively work toward toppling the established governance by ripping society apart at the seams.
They don’t want a race war; they want total war. And if there are more attacks like those in New Zealand, expect the worst.

Bilderberger Peter Thiel’s CIA-backed Palantir is named after the crystal ball used by evil lord Sauron in The Lord of the Rings
https://ordoabchao.ca/articles/david-ic ... irituality
CNP member Steve Bannon, also an admirer of Dugin, has referred to his publication Breitbart News as “the platform for the alt-right.”[229] Breitbart was heavily funded by CNP member Robert Mercer, an American computer scientist, a developer in early artificial intelligence, and co-CEO of Renaissance Technologies, a hedge fund, who has collaborated with the Koch brothers.[230] Together, Bannon and Mercer founded Cambridge Analytica, which was used Facebook data to target with “fake news” propelled by Russian hackers to insight racial tensions in support of Donald Trump’s bid for the White House.[231] Documents seen by the Observer detail Cambridge Analytica was involved with many other right-leaning billionaires, including Rupert Murdoch.[232]
Assisting Cambridge Analytica in breaching Facebook data was the CIA-backed Palantir, founded by Bilderberger and PayPal founder Peter Thiel.[233] Thiel, who is openly gay, is a friend of Ann Coulter, who dedicated her new book, Demonic: How the Liberal Mob Is Endangering America, to him. In a 2009 article for the Koch brothers’ Cato Institute, Thiel wrote of his commitment to “authentic human freedom as a precondition for the highest good. I stand against confiscatory taxes, totalitarian collectives, and the ideology of the inevitability of the death of every individual.”[234] After Trump’s victory, Thiel was named to the executive committee of the President-elect’s transition team. Many of Thiel’s employees have been calling him “the shadow president.”[235]
In September 2021, Tucker Carlson interviewed Silicon Valley entrepreneur Curtis Yarvin, creator of the Urbit computing platform, a proponent of doctrine of “neoreaction,” or NRx, an anti-democratic, anti-egalitarian, reactionary philosophy, also adopted by Thiel.[236] Linking up online with English author and philosopher Nick Land, Yarvin, writing under the nom de plume Mencius Moldbug, helped develop the doctrine of “neoreaction,” or NRx, essentially an argument that democracy had outlived its usefulness. The movement is also known as the Dark Enlightenment, a term coined by Land, in his essay of the same name. Land has been described as the “father” of accelerationism, a set of ideas which propose that capitalism and technological change should be drastically accelerated to create further radical social change.[237]
Drawing on the work the postmodernists Gilles Deleuze, Felix Guattari and Jean-Francois Lyotard, Land argued that capitalist technological progress was transforming not just our societies, but the individual, who is becoming less important than the techno-capitalist system itself.[238] Accelerationism reflected a similar approach adopted by Satanists, particularly the Process Church and Charles Manson. As explained by Jean-Paul Bourré, in Les sectes Lucifériennes aujourd’hui (“The Luciferian Sects Today”), the Luciferian orders sometimes have different goals, but they all share in common the particular goal of wanting to trigger the apocalypse necessary for the final transformation: the acceleration of the events of the End Times, and the preparation of an occult elite destined for the priesthood of the Luciferian religion.[239]
Although the Process Church’s “processean” theology is considered unrelated to the process theology of Alfred North Whitehead—who influenced Deleuze—after its leader DeGrimston was removed by the Council of Masters as Teacher, many former members of the cult joined Deleuze in his leadership of the Anti-Oedipal movement of 1968.[240] Hinting at the connection, Land explained in an email to Vox, “Modernity has Capitalism (the self-escalating techno-commercial complex) as its motor. Our question was what ‘the process’ wants (i.e. spontaneously promotes) and what resistances it provokes.”[241]
Land was a lecturer in Continental Philosophy at the University of Warwick from 1987 until his resignation in 1998. At Warwick, he and Sadie Plant co-founded the Cybernetic Culture Research Unit CCRU. After the CCRU split from Warwick in 1998, according to Andy Beckett, a journalist who chronicled the CCRU’s in The Guardian, Land and his remaining followers moved into a home in Leamington, where they were drawn to numerology, HP Lovecraft, and Aleister Crowley, part of an obsession with the occult that had flourished in the accelerationist ranks. “The CCRU became quasi-cultish, quasi-religious,” explained former member Robin Mackay. “I left before it descended into sheer madness.”[242]
Land has also “highly-recommended” the works of David Myatt’s fascist Satanist Order of Nine Angles (O9A), whose international distributor is adept Kerry Bolton, founder of the Black Order and associate of Alexander Dugin.[243] On his blog and on Twitter, Land describes Dugin as his “best enemy,” and also accepts Dugin’s appellation of “Atlanticist,” par of Dugin’s Land and Sea dichotomy that pits the West and NATO against his own ambition for his own anti-liberal Eurasian empire. “We agree exactly about what the war is,” expands Land, “We’re just on opposite sides of it.”[244]
Nevertheless, the accelerationalist dialectic plays a role in inspiring both camps. Right-wing extremists and Neo-Nazis have been known to refer to an “acceleration” of racial conflict through violent means such as assassinations, murders, terrorist attacks, and societal collapse, in order to achieve the creation of a white ethnic state.[245] The inspiration for this racist variation of accelerationism is cited as American Nazi Party and National Socialist Liberation Front member and Charles Manson associate James Mason’s newsletter Siege, which paid tribute to Adolf Hitler, Joseph Tommasi, Charles Manson, and Savitri Devi.[246]
Although Siege stopped publishing in 1986, it attracted the attention of some musicians associated with the industrial noise and neofolk underground music scene, including Michael Moynihan and Boyd Rice, a friend of Anton LaVey, founder of the Church of Satan.[247] Although Siege stopped publishing in 1986, Moynihan edited Mason’s newsletters into the book of the same name, published in 1993.[248] The hashtag #ReadSiege became popular on “alt-right” social media, especially as groups and influencers connected with the Neo-fascist and Neo-Nazi web forum Iron March promoted the text.[249]
Mason’s works were republished and popularized by the Iron March forum and its offshoot Atomwaffen Division, which has links to the O9A.[250] Iron March, was the primary organizational platform for a transnational neo-fascist accelerationist terrorist network whose ideology is based in large part on Evola.[251] Iron March began as the “International Third Positionist Federation” (ITPF) in 2010.[252] The forum was founded Alexander Slavros, an Uzbek immigrant to Russia whose real name is Alisher Mukhitdinov, who is similarly thought to be living in a district “close to the Kremlin.”[253] Slavros claimed in a direct message on Iron March that Alexander Dugin had once recruited him for the Global Revolutionary Alliance (GRA), which espouses an apocalyptic vision that humanity is at the verge of an end to “capitalism, resources, society, nations, peoples, knowledge, progress,” which it blames on the “global Western-centric world” and “the ruling class of globalism.”[254]
Members of Atomwaffen, as well as many other similar groups, became interested in the Base, founded by Rinaldo Nazzaro, who described himself as a “former CIA field intelligence officer.”[255] Reports have revealed that Nazzaro is an American who moved to Russia from New York in the late 2010s, and that he was once contracted with the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Defense and U.S. Special Forces.[256] The BBC reported that Nazzaro was an FBI analyst and a Pentagon contractor.[257] Vice News learned that Nazzaro was a Pentagon contractor who worked with Special Operations Command (SOCOM), among a group that briefed special forces officers on military targeting and counterterrorism efforts in the Middle East in 2014. “ multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan over five years,” Nazzaro said in 2019.[258] However, according to US law enforcement and intelligence sources, Nazzaro is “working for Russia and operation a violent neo-Nazi, white supremacist organization directing violent terror attacks on US soil from St. Petersburg, Russia.”[259]
Alt-right personalyt Matthew Heimbach, another admirer of Dugin, used the Iron March forums to recruit for the Traditionalist Workers Party, which participated in the Unite the Right rally.[260] Prior to its shutdown in 2017, Iron March been linked to several acts of Neo-Nazi terrorism and violent militant groups such as the Nordic Resistance Movement, National Action, Azov Battalion, CasaPound, and Greece’s Golden Dawn, which has connections with Dugin. In addition to Azov, Atomwaffen has ties to O9A. Atomwaffen distributes the magazine Musta Kivi and sells the books of O9A and Kerry Bolton. Atomwaffen Division Finland “Siitoin Squadron” (AWDSS) was formed after the Finnish government banned the Nordic Resistance Movement (NRM) in 2019, following members of the underground group embracing accelerationism and occultism.[261] Representatives of the Suomen Vastarintaliike (“Finnish Resistance Movement”), the Finnish branch of the NRM, visited James Mason in the United States in 2019.[262]
Iron March forum and Atomwaffen Division, which since 2017 has been linked to eight killings in the US and several violent hate crimes, including assaults, rapes and multiple cases of kidnapping and torture.[263] The network’s transition from activism to terrorism,” explains H.E. Upchurche, “was facilitated by the introduction of violent ritualistic initiation practiced derived from the writings of the Order of Nine Angles, which helped to habituate members to violence as well as to create a sense of shared membership in a militant elite.”[264] Since the 2010s, the political ideology and religious worldview of the Order of Nine Angles (O9A), have increasingly influenced militant Neo-fascist and Neo-Nazi insurgent groups associated with right-wing extremist and White supremacist international networks, most notably the Iron March forum.[265]
The O9A encourages its members to adopt “insight roles” in anarchist, neo-Nazi, and Islamist groups in order to disrupt modern Western society.[266] According to Upchurch, it was most likely through the influence of Ryan Fleming that Iron March was introduced to the O9A ideology. Fleming subsequently went on to become a member of National Action. In early 2021, Fleming, who had previously been convicted of the sexual abuse of children, was jailed for unsupervised contact with children.[267] Atomwaffen Division was closely associated with the American O9A affiliate Tempel ov Blood. National Action was linked to the O9A affiliate Drakon Covenant in the UK. Antipodean Resistance in Australia was involved with Kerry Bolton’s Black Order and the Temple of THEM. From 2010 to 2019, Haakon Forwald, head of the Norwegian branch of Nordic Resistance Movement (NRM), was a devotee of a Scandinavian O9A current known variously as the Misanthropic Luciferian Order, the Temple of Black Light, and Current.[268]
The Iron March chat logs subsequently published by ProPublica revealed that there are around twenty Atomwaffen cells across the United States, and they also show members praising Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh, Charleston church shooter Dylann Roof, and Norwegian mass murderer and white supremacist Anders Behring Breivik.[269] Eighteen-year-old Devon Arthurs, an Iron March user, killed his two roommates and fellow Atomwaffen members in May 2017. Police found neo-nazi literature, a photograph of McVeigh, and explosives in his home. Arthurs converted to Islam and described himself as a “Salafist National Socialist.” After he was arrested following a hostage situation, Arthurs was determined unfit to stand trial. In December 2019, several experts testified that Arthurs has schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, among other conditions, experiences hallucinations and believes he can communicate with the dead.[270] In January 2018, Atomwaffen member Samuel Woodward was charged in Orange County, California, with the murder of Blaze Bernstein, an openly gay Jewish college student.
Brenton Harrison Tarrant, the perpetrator of the Christchurch mosque massacre that killed 51 people and injured 49 others during Friday Prayer on March 15, 2019, embraced right-wing accelerationism in a section of his manifesto titled “Destabilization and Accelerationism: tactics.” Tarrant claims to have been the author of a 74-page manifesto titled The Great Replacement, a reference to the “Great Replacement” and “white genocide” conspiracy theories. Inspired by Tarrant and similar accelerationist ideas, John Timothy Earnest was responsible for the Escondido mosque fire at Dar-ul-Arqam Mosque in Escondido, California, in March 2019. On April 27, before being identified as a suspect, Earnest entered the nearby Chabad of Poway synagogue and opened fire, killing one and injuring three others. “I support the Christchurch shooter and his manifesto,” Crusius wrote before committing the El Paso Walmart shooting that killed 23 people and injured 23 others. “The Hispanic community was not my target before I read The Great Replacement.”[271]

Ukraine’s Far Right Is Boosting A 'Smash The System' Fascist
January 22, 2020
https://www.bellingcat.com/news/2020/01 ... n-fascist/
Azov Far-Right
Italian neo-fascist Franco Freda has published and promoted books by Nazis, written that “[we] only have accounts to settle with the Jewish or Judaized Europe,” was convicted of trying to resurrect Benito Mussolini’s fascist party, was judged to be partly responsible for a 1969 far-right terrorist attack, and last year said that Russian president Vladimir Putin “is a champion of the white race.”
This, apparently, is all okay with Ukraine’s Azov movement and Plomin, its literature club and publishing outfit. Plomin currently sells a Ukrainian translation of Freda’s 1969 book “The Disintegration of the System,” which lays out a “battle plan” for overthrowing the state that one scholar wrote “[advocates] direct action and has no conscience.”
On December 17, two members of the Azov movement presented this translation at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (NaUKMA), arguably Ukraine’s most prestigious university. However, the presentation was not sanctioned by the university and apparently managed to take place there only due to “a group of young aggressive people” who, despite staff trying to resist, invaded and, in the far-right’s own words, “occupied” a university venue to host an unsanctioned event.
Freda the fascist
Freda and his supporters insist that he occupies some sort of ethereal space between left and right, yet the man, now 78, has long been firmly associated with the most violent fringes of Italy’s far-right.
Freda has spent multiple years in prison for his activities, including for his role in a series of bomb attacks in April 1969. After an initial acquittal in 1987 on charges of being partly responsible for a 1969 terrorist attack — the Piazza Fontana bombing in Milan that killed 17 people and wounded 88 — subsequent investigations led an Italian court to ultimately rule in 2004 that he was partly responsible for the crime.
However, having been acquitted, Freda could not, under law, be charged again for the same offense. Yet he and other far-right figures were charged in 2000 and found guilty of trying to reconstruct Italy’s Mussolini-era fascist party, which is a crime in Italy, via their now-disbanded “Fronte Nazionale” party. It’s this long past that led researcher of the far-right Anton Shekhovtsov to refer to Freda as “one of the most notorious Italian fascist terrorists.”
Freda has also run a far-right publishing house since the 1960s, publishing and promoting work by Nazi-era figures and sympathizers including Joseph Goebbels, Romanian fascist Corneliu Codreanu (a man one historian once described as an “obsessive anti-Semite”), Nazi ideologist Alfred Rosenberg, Hungarian fascist Ferenc Szalasi, and, as of December 2019, seven separate works by Adolf Hitler himself.
Published in 1969, Franco Freda’s pamphlet, “The Disintegration of the System” (it is hardly long enough to be called a book), is not difficult to find online in English translation. The work, dense and polemical, proposes that an alliance be formed between far-left and far-right to overthrow the “bourgeois” state by any means necessary. It led to Freda being paradoxically called a “Nazi Maoist” after its publication.

In late 2019, individuals associated with Ukraine’s Azov movement, specifically its literature club and publishing outfit Plomin (Flame, in Ukrainian), presented a translation of Freda’s minor magnum opus and other writings of Freda’s into Ukrainian. The book, complete with artwork and illustrations, is currently available for sale for 200 hryvnia (approximately $8.60) from Plomin’s website.
“We only have accounts to settle with the Jewish or Judaized Europe”
Freda’s work contains some glaringly anti-Semitic passages. “We have nothing to see with the mercantile Europe, with the Europe of plutocratic colonialism: nothing to share,” Freda writes in the first chapter. “We only have accounts to settle with the Jewish or Judaized Europe.” (“Con l’Europa giudea o giudaizzata noi abbiamo solo vendette da fare” in the original Italian).
Freda has even worse things to say about Judaism. Later in the same first chapter, Freda refers to Europe as “an old hussy who has whored in all the brothels and has contracted all the ideological infections.” Some of these “ideological infections” for Freda include Zionism, “Masonry”, and Judaism.
Further on, Freda makes a reference to “Judaic and Masonic Europe,” which relates to the longstanding Judeo-Masonic conspiracy theory. For Freda, though, it seems no farfetched theory but rather part of a “monstrous spectre” that has destroyed Europe.
Freda the accelerationist?
The focus of Freda’s polemic, however, is on destroying the contemporary political order by any means necessary. “The fact remains that, for a political soldier, purity justifies any hardness, indifference any deceit, while the stamp of the impersonal on the fight dissolves all moral worries,” Freda writes.
“It is necessary by promoting, goading, accelerating the time of this destruction, intensifying the action of rupture from the present equilibrium and today’s phase of political arrangement,” Freda writes.
The tone of Freda’s work, not to mention the repeated use of the word “accelerate” (accelerare), is reminiscent of something that has come fifty years after its initial publication: neo-Nazi channels on social media app Telegram that push so-called “accelerationism”. This is a term for undertaking acts of violence with the goal of more quickly bringing about the demise of governments, sowing chaos, and causing upheaval in society.
This is a strategy that echoes with Freda’s time, the “Years of Lead” (Anni di piombo) from the 1960s to the 1980s. During this time, both far-left and far-right forces sought to spark a revolution, trying to weaken the Italian state with acts of terror. While far-left extremists kidnapped and assassinated a number of public officials, Freda and his far-right friends adopted a “strategy of tension,” instigating bombings and trying, with varying degrees of success, to pin them on their left-wing opponents. Freda and friends also had help from Italian secret services, who at times “nudged things along, working with neo-fascist killers to frame the left.”
Despite this, Freda still takes time in his work to lay out his vision for his ideal state. It’s a state that not only reads like the fruits of a totalitarian fantasy, but might remind some Ukrainians of the horrors of the 1930s under Stalin. Private property will be abolished, Freda writes, and various “Commissars” (Commissario in the original Italian) will oversee everything from foreign affairs and finance to even collective agricultural “combines,” where workers will make up what Freda calls the Committee of Management of the Combine.
In addition, Freda lays out a future where collective punishment is the norm (“proportional penalties on all the members of a group where a member commits crimes”) and where forced labour is the penalty for all crimes — except for vaguely-defined “grave crimes against the popular order of the state and public property,” for which the punishment is death.
“…the only decent European politician is Vladimir Putin”
Even more awkwardly for the fiercely anti-Kremlin Azov movement, Franco Freda is a dedicated fan of Russian president Vladimir Putin. In an interview in November 2018, Freda not only spoke highly of pro-Russian far-right populist Matteo Salvini, but had the highest of praise for the man who literally engineered Russia’s annexation of Crimea and invasion of eastern Ukraine.
“Putin is a champion of the white race,” Freda said. “I think of the Slavic peoples, they’re the ones who won the Second World War … they’re brutal individuals, of course, but they are the only ones who can resist.”
That wasn’t Freda’s first foray into lavishing praise on Putin. In 2014, while the Azov Battalion was fighting Russian-led forces in eastern Ukraine, Franco Freda also took time to compliment the Russian president.
“It is my impression that the only decent European politician is Vladimir Putin,” Freda said in October 2014.
What happened at the presentation?
The photo promoting the Ukrainian translation of Freda’s book on Facebook (and on the book’s front cover, available online beforehand) featured flags from several Italian neo-fascist terrorist movements.

The flag of Ordine Nuovo (“New Order”), bearing an axe, is prominent, as is the axe being held by the figure representing Franco Freda. Ordine Nuovo is a group whose members took part in a number of terrorist attacks in Italy in the late 1960s and early 1970s, including a 1969 bombing in Milan that killed 17 people and a 1974 attack on an anti-fascist rally that killed eight.

The flag of National Vanguard (Avanguardia Nazionale) was founded by Stefano Delle Chiaie in 1960. Their flag marked by the Odal rune, a common symbol often used by neo-Nazis. National Vanguard was responsible “for at least 15 terrorist attacks between 1962 and 1967.”
Another symbol is visible on the book’s cover, images of which were promoted before the event, and it is a Celtic cross visible on the axe of the figure depicting Franco Freda. The Celtic cross is a common white supremacist symbol, especially in Italy, where one far-right extremist accused of trying to kill six African men and women in a 2018 spree of drive-by shootings was reported to have owned a flag with a Celtic cross on it.

The presentation of the book took place in the museum of National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (NaUKMA) on December 17, 2019.

Presenting the book were two individuals associated with Plomin, Azov’s literature club and publishing outfit: Evgenii Vryadnik, Plomin’s legal head, and Serhii Zaikovsky.

“Nobody knew who they were”
The presentation took place at NaUKMA and, according to social media posts after the event, even university president Dr. Andriy Meleshevych was in attendance — raising concerns that one of Ukraine’s most prestigious universities was playing a role in helping mainstream the far right.
However, Meleshevych told Bellingcat that this wasn’t the case. He said that NaUKMA did not permit the presentation, and that it took place at NaUKMA as the result of subterfuge and intimidation from the organizers. Meleshevych, since his term as NaUKMA president had expired at the time of the presentation, stressed to Bellingcat that he was speaking only as a private citizen, not as an official representative of the university.
This is what Meleshevych told Bellingcat: “A NaUKMA student asked for permission to host this event about a week before it was supposed to take place.” However, Meleshevych said, this permission was never granted by the director of the NaUKMA Museum, a venue at the university that often hosts lectures and events.
Meleshevych further explained what went on the evening of the presentation, December 17. He told Bellingcat that he “was informed that a group of young aggressive people got into our museum despite objections and resistance of the museum staff and organized an unsanctioned event there. Nobody knew who they were.”
Meleshevych told Bellingcat his term as president ended on December 17, before the presentation started, and that what he did next was not in any official capacity, but because “as a Kyiv-Mohyla citizen [he] had to figure out what was going on.” Therefore, he said, he went to the presentation.
Two people, Meleshevych told Bellingcat, were at the front table in the room answering audience questions. About 40 people were there, he said; the event was mostly in Ukrainian, and peaceful. Since his immediate concern was whether there was any “obvious and present threat of violence,” he left the presentation after only a few minutes.
Meleshevych told Bellingcat he didn’t know of Franco Freda’s work beforehand, and also added that law enforcement had been informed afterwards about the event. He also added that the student who helped organize the event without official approval, according to information of which he was aware, would soon be subject to university disciplinary procedures for violations “of established procedures and rules of hosting public events at NaUKMA.”
Subsequent posts by sympathizers of the organizers appear to support this version of events. A post on December 30 from neo-Nazi Wotanjugend (Bellingcat wrote about them earlier, in 2019) wrote that “a strong group of associates, in the best traditions of Italian revolutionary combat student teams, occupied the hall of the library of [NaUKMA].”
Wotanjugend’s post also links to the Azov movement-linked “Militant Zone” VKontakte page (incidentally VKontakte, the Russian social media site, is banned in Ukraine), stating the book can be bought from them online. Another post on a Ukrainian website, posted the same evening as the event, claimed that NaUKMA staff wanted to “disrupt” the event after learning what book was going to be presented on their premises.
Since the event at NaUKMA, the translation of Franco Freda’s book has been presented and promoted elsewhere. A Telegram post by neo-Nazi group Karpatska Sich — a group that has posted photos of its own members giving Nazi salutes and has encouraged its members to buy a Ukrainian translation of the Christchurch shooter’s manifesto — shows that the translation was presented in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk on January 15.
While faces in the photos are blurred, it is clear that the two individuals presenting the translation in Ivano-Frankivsk are the same ones Meleshevych saw answering audience questions at NaUKMA and presenting the book —- Evgenii Vryadnik and Serhii Zaikovsky.

Vryadnik the veteran
Vryadnik, the 25-year-old head of Plomin, is a veteran of the Azov Regiment. His Facebook page contains no shortage of content that one might expect from someone promoting a figure like Freda. He has complained about the crimes of Nazism being mentioned too frequently in the film Mr. Jones, about Welsh journalist Gareth Jones’ work uncovering the genocidal Holodomor forced famine in the early 1930s.
He also complained about the atrocities of Nazism and the “positive sides of liberal democracy” being mentioned too frequently for his liking during his university days at NaUKMA, and that there are too many books about the Holocaust in Ukrainian bookstores.
As his Telegram channel makes clear, Vryadnik is not above open racism.
In one post on his Telegram channel, Vryadnik referred to people of African origin as “useless human material” and, evoking discredited race science, suggested that Africans’ IQs are too low to work even as labourers. In a post on March 15, 2018, Vryadnik complained that “dumb negroes have committed genocide against the best European gene pool,” speaking of white colonists in Zimbabwe (formerly Rhodesia) and French colonial Algeria. He went on to not only complain about “a worldwide genocide of Europeans” but also offered up a justification of something that had occurred some twelve hours before — the Christchurch mosque attacks. “[The] desire for revenge pushes some people into action,” he wrote.
From right to left, Evgenii Vryadnik, Serhii Zaikovsky and National Corps’ international secretary Olena Semenyaka at a book presentation in the Azov movement’s Cossack House in Kyiv in December 2019
Back in 2015, Vryadnik may have been up to much more. While investigating mentions of Ukraine and the Azov movement in the wake of leaked data from the Iron March website, which was shut down suddenly in 2017, Bellingcat found several leaked private messages from an individual claiming to be from the Azov Regiment.
The individual claiming to be from Azov was registered on Iron March under the username “EugHagalaz” and with an email address “eugenevr@…” The messages were sent between July and September 2015, to individuals who expressed interest in joining Azov.
After finding these messages, Bellingcat searched online for a number of terms related to the user’s screen name and email address. When Bellingcat searched Google for “Eugene Hagalaz,” we found an Instagram account with a user bearing that name. A reverse Google image search of the profile picture for the account of “Eugene Hagalaz” found matching images for Evgenii Vryadnik, including Vryadnik’s Facebook account.
Like “EugHagalaz,” Vryadnik is an Azov veteran, and has been tagged “Eugene Hagalaz” in the past on his Facebook profile; in addition, the email address “EugHagalaz” signed up with for Iron March ends with the first two letters of Vryadnik’s surname (i.e., “eugenevr”). Moreover, the first message “EugHagalaz” sent on Iron March was, according to IP address data in the Iron March leaks, sent from Mykolaiv, a city in southern Ukraine — the same city Vryadnik is from. This evidence strongly suggests, short of an unlikely coincidence, that Vryadnik was active on Iron March, a website that gave birth to neo-Nazi terrorist group Atomwaffen Division.

While “EugHagalaz”/Vryadnik was only active on Iron March for a few months, it was enough time to engage with some of the most extreme elements of the global far right, including the founders of Atomwaffen themselves.
“Great to have you on the forum,” one user with the screenname “Odin” messaged EugHagalaz in July 2015. “I am an avid support [sic] of the Azov Battalion. I would like to talk to you sometime, I’d like some advice from you about my militia that I lead in the US.” EugHagalaz messaged back and forth with Odin several times, giving a few pieces of advice, including on running, night walking and working with explosives.
The real name of “Odin” is Brandon Russell, a founding member of the neo-Nazi terrorist group Atomwaffen Division (AWD) who is currently serving five years in prison for illegal possession of explosives. AWD members have been responsible for several murders, unsuccessful bomb plots, and an assassination attempt.
Another user messaged EugHagalaz in August 2015, asking if Azov was accepting English-language volunteers.
“Yes, of course,” EugHagalaz wrote back to the user in September, who went by the screen name “TheWeissewolfe.” EugHagalaz told him that there were opportunities for international volunteers in several parts of the Azov Regiment, and that “we have hard trainings here”
As multiple outlets including Bellingcat have reported, “TheWeissewolfe” was Devon Arthurs, an AWD co-founder and roommate of Russell who murdered two of his comrades in 2017. One of Arthurs’ victims, Andrew Oneschuk, had tried to join Azov and had been in contact with Azov representatives, as Bellingcat revealed in a 2019 investigation.
“Go to hell, Russian agent,” Vryadnik replied to Bellingcat’s request for comment.
“My last “Sieg” of the night, I swear”
Vryadnik’s colleague Serhii Zaikovsky, also 25, is the “editor-in-chief” of the self-described publishing house that published Freda’s work in Ukrainian. Zaikovsky has a social media history full of open displays of racism, neo-Nazism, and anti-Semitism.
“What can a negro do in an office?” Zaikovsky asked in a Telegram post supporting South African apartheid on November 20, 2019. “There’s something in them that doesn’t work. And it was all (((Marxists))) who told the dumb negroes that they shouldn’t sit in palm trees like their normal ancestors, but ride buses and pay mortgages.”
Zaikovsky again used the anti-Semitic “echoes” in parentheses, popularized by online antisemites in 2016 to denote Jews, the very next day. “By the way, there’s a new trend in the west – to paint known representatives of a famous ((((nationality)))) in blue,” Zaikovsky wrote on his Telegram channel on November 21. “And so the history of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries becomes clearer.”
An anti-Semitic meme posted by Serhii Zaikovsky on his Telegram page. (The title of his channel references the German word “Volkstum,” folklore, but also “Volkssturm,” the national militia of Nazi Germany during the latter days of WWII)
In a subsequent post later that day, Zaikovsky asks how many members of the US Congress who signed a letter demanding the Azov Regiment be designated a “terrorist” organization could be “painted blue” — in other words, how many signers of the letter were Jewish.
He didn’t stop there. The next day, Zaikovsky listed the apparent number of members of Congress of Jewish origin who signed the letter, including Max Rose himself. Rose and other top signatories of Jewish origin are the ancestors of Jews originally from present-day Ukraine, who Zaikovsky wrote were “lucky ones who in their time escaped the Haydamak pogroms.” The Haydamak were Cossack paramilitaries who, in uprisings in the 1700s, destroyed a number of Jewish communities in present-day Ukraine.
In December 2019, Zaikovsky posted a meme mocking Anne Frank and denying that she was a victim of the Holocaust. “Real talk, think about it,” Zaikovsky wrote.
After the assassination of Iranian general Qassem Soleimani by the United States on January 3, 2020, Zaikovsky decried the killing by posting a meme with a Jewish caricature that BuzzFeed News described in 2015 as “unquestionably the most popular anti-Semitic image on the internet.”
“And who are you for, dear friends?” An anti-Semitic meme posted by Zaikovsky on his Telegam channel on January 4, 2020
Zaikovsky followed this up with a poll, asking if followers supported “Jewish whores” or “Muslims, but Indo-European.” He then followed this up with a cartoon of Donald Trump drawn as the same anti-Semitic caricature.
It should also be noted that earlier, in December of 2018, Zaikovsky attended the neo-Nazi Asgardsrei festival in Kyiv, posting several photos and videos as part of a story (entitled “1488,” a common neo-Nazi number code) on his Instagram account. These photos and videos have since been deleted; this author screenshotted copies of them while researching Asgardsrei at the time.
A now-deleted photo from a December 2018 Instagram story from Serhii Zaikovsky. The text reads “Heil Hitler” in deliberately-misspelled Ukrainian (“Gitlar”). The band on stage is neo-Nazi band Der Sturmer, named after the Nazi newspaper
“My last “Sieg heil” of the night, I swear,” Zaikovsky wrote in a now-deleted Instagram video in December 2018 at the neo-Nazi Asgardsrei festival
Mainstreaming the far right, yet again
Vryadnik and Zaikovsky’s presentation at NaUKMA has since been celebrated several times on Telegram by neo-Nazi Wotanjugend, who called it “an important event in the intellectual environment.” As Bellingcat wrote, Wotanjugend itself has a long history of promoting and praising far-right terrorists, including promoting a Russian translation of the Christchurch shooters’ manifesto. Incidentally, after our investigations earlier this year, Wotanjugend’s website became inactive and posts praising the Christchurch shooter disappeared from their Telegram channel.
It’s also clear that the translation and presentation of Freda’s work is part of an effort to slowly push far-right extremist ideas into Ukraine’s mainstream, something that has long been a part of the Azov movement’s plans.
A meme shared by Serhii Zaikovsky in advance of the book presentation, with “ideas of Franco Freda” inside the Trojan horse being led into NaUKMA
While Plomin and friends have the right to translate any work they want within the bounds of the law, they have no right to a platform in a university — let alone a platform in a university without that university’s consent — to promote it, and are certainly in no position to complain about censorship merely for being exposed and criticized.
These individuals and their colleagues in the Azov movement are openly hostile to democracy but friendly towards Nazism and fans of far-right terrorists. They are pushing an agenda of hate under a thin pseudo-intellectual, faux-academic veneer. They’ve already bragged online that they’re next going to translate work by “neo-fascist Italian terrorist” Stefano Delle Chiaie, the founder of Italy’s National Vanguard, a group that was responsible for more than a dozen terrorist attacks in the late 1960s.
And, despite their claim they’re not concerned about Freda’s contemporary opinions, Ukrainians may wonder why figures who present themselves as the ‘intellectual’ wing of the Azov movement work to promote the writings of someone who in turn sings the praises of Vladimir Putin.

Accelerating Toward Dark Enlightenment

Not many people have heard of "accelerationism"; I certainly hadn't. The term is attested in economics from the mid-1970s, and in the sense of hastening the onset of technosociety from the early 2010s, as a new coining attributed to Benjamin Noys, an English professor of Critical Theory. It is in that latter usage, just a decade old, that I use the term in this article. So it comes as a bit of shock to discover that accelerationism is already seemingly everywhere

Re: Bring It On? Eco-Fascist Accelerationism Pushing Armageddon
<iframe width="640" height="360" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" style="border: none;" src="https://www.bitchute.com/embed/HTKpADMoQCrL/"></iframe>
The maniacal 'ideology' behind the economic, climate, spiritual, democratic and WWIII crises devalues human life to that of an animal. It is obscure but has recently been pinned on the Accelerationists, led by ex-Warwick University Philosophy lecturer Dr Nick Land who coined the phrase 'Dark Enlightenment'.
Tony approached Nick Land via a mutual friend who teaches fine art at Worcester College, asking him for an interview, but there was no reply
Between 1976 and 1978 Nick and Tony were 'best friends' and Tony was round at Nick's house most Saturdays to play war board games such as SPI and Avalon Hill 'Strategy and Tactics magazine' games. ...
Nick sat next to Tony in Maths 'O' Level which they both passed with flying colours and in other lessons.
Nick set up the weekend 'British Free Army' irregulars which did fun teenage 'manoeuvrers' on Hayes Common opposite Warren Road where he lived.
Previously known at Langley Park school as 'Nick the Nazi' Nick Land came back after the summer holidays in 1978 to announce that he was now a Communist.
His father was a director of the oil company Shell in South Africa.

Accelerationism: how a fringe philosophy predicted the future we live in (2017)
The world is changing at dizzying speed – but for some thinkers, not fast enough. Is accelerationism a dangerous idea or does it speak to our troubled times?
One of the central figures of accelerationism is the British philosopher Nick Land, who taught at Warwick University in the 1990s, and then abruptly left academia. “Philosophers are vivisectors,” he wrote in 1992. “They have the precise and reptilian intelligence shared by all who experiment with living things.” Iain Hamilton Grant, who was one of Land’s students, remembers: “There was always a tendency in all of us to bait the liberal, and Nick was the best at it.”
Since Warwick, Land has published prolifically on the internet, not always under his own name, about the supposed obsolescence of western democracy; he has also written approvingly about “human biodiversity” and “capitalistic human sorting” – the pseudoscientific idea, currently popular on the far right, that different races “naturally” fare differently in the modern world; and about the supposedly inevitable “disintegration of the human species” when artificial intelligence improves sufficiently.
Other accelerationists now distance themselves from Land. Grant, who teaches philosophy at the University of the West of England, says of him: “I try not to read his stuff. Folk [in the accelerationist movement] are embarrassed. They think he’s sounding like a thug. Anyone who’s an accelerationist, who’s reflective, does think: ‘How far is too far?’ But then again, even asking that question is the opposite of accelerationism.” Accelerationism is not about restraint.

His family had moved to Hayes in Kent from Sutton Coldfield.

Re: Bring It On? Eco-Fascist Accelerationism Pushing Armageddon
Accelerationism, amphetamine philosophy, and the Death Trip
https://julesevans.medium.com/accelerat ... b67ff079f8
This is a story about dangerous ideas, and words’ magical power to heal and to harm. It’s about AI, Charles Manson, dubstep, Neo-Nazis, occultism, and a lot of amphetamine, but it’s mainly about Nicholas Land.
Nick Land in the 1990s
In 1993, techno-feminist Sadie Plant set up a research unit in the philosophy department at Warwick University called the Cybernetic Culture Research Unit (CCRU). It wasn’t a ‘real’ academic centre — it didn’t have a large grant or any institutional status, it was just a piece of paper on a door. But the name drew people into its vortex. The dominant influence in the CCRU became a 30-year-old mid-career researcher called Nick Land — a fan of continental critical theorists like Deleuze, Guattari and George Bataille.
Land and the CCRU mixed together cyberpunk, science-fiction, cryptocurrency, drugs and post-humanism, drained it through the mesh of continental theory, and created Accelerationism. Guardian journalist Andy Beckett has a good definition:
Accelerationists argue that technology, particularly computer technology, and capitalism, particularly the most aggressive, global variety, should be massively sped up and intensified — either because this is the best way forward for humanity, or because there is no alternative. Accelerationists favour automation. They favour the further merging of the digital and the human. They often favour the deregulation of business, and drastically scaled-back government. They believe that people should stop deluding themselves that economic and technological progress can be controlled. They often believe that social and political upheaval has a value in itself.
Accelerationalism began life as the British cousin of the Californian philosophy of Extropianism, which also began in the early 1990s (as I wrote here). There’s a similar anarcho-libertarianism, hyper-capitalism, worship of new technology and expectation of a sudden leap beyond the human. But this wasn’t California, it was Coventry — and Accelerationism was much darker and more nihilistic than Californian transhumanism. After all, Land’s first book was called ‘Thirst for Annihilation’.
Land has said: ‘I have no interest in human liberation, or liberation of the human species. I’m interested in liberation of the means of production’. In other words, Accelerationism had nothing to do with expanding human potential. This was not Californian self-help. This was about liberating the machine from the human. Accelerationism aimed to push capitalism further and faster, until it’s just machines whirring round in a lifeless universe. Pure Fordism.
The CCRU grew out of cybernetics, and the sense that humans are agents in a world full of other agents — machines, ecosystems, DNA, perhaps demons as well. All these entities have desires. Machines have desires. Why foreground human desires and aspirations? The obvious answer is because we’re human. But that’s not enough for post-human philosophies. For Accelerationists, the aim is the liberation of What Technology Wants. Here’s a quote from a good write-up by Yuxi Lin at LessWrong:
our world, with its cars, finances, AI, and other industrial technologies, has a clear goal of its own: a future dominated by more upgraded versions of these technologies, with humans becoming extinct or irrelevant.
You can come across this idea in Californian transhumanism / Extropianism too. It’s humans’ glorious destiny to be supplanted by AI machines. But transhumanists typically imagine super-intelligent spiritual machines, far smarter than humans. It’s a worship of intelligence. With Accelerationism, at least in Land’s case, I get the feeling it’s more a misanthropic hatred of the human condition and a desire to annihilate consciousness and replace it with the machine. It’s philosophy as modish death-wish.
Pot noodles and black magic
The CCRU was an unconventional academic research centre. The Guardian’s Andy Beckett interviewed philosopher Iain Hamilton Grant, a former undergrad in the CCRU, who recalls how Land’s office became a CCRU hub:
he had good drugs — skunk [cannabis]. Although it could be grim going in there, once he started living in his office. There would be a tower of Pot Noodles and underwear drying on the radiator, which he had washed in the staff loos.
Rather like Tim Leary and Richard Alpert at Harvard, an undergrad personality cult grew up around Land. Another former student, Robin Mackay, recalls:
Before I met Land, I already knew of him through the gossip of new undergraduates taken aback by what they had heard on the grapevine: Did Land really claim that he had come back from the dead? Did he really think he was an android sent from the future to terminate human security? In person he belied these outrageous claims (both of which he did indeed make in writing), being thoroughly polite and amiable and, above all, willing to engage in earnest conversation with anyone…He preferred to spend his time in the bar with undergraduates, always buying the drinks, smoking continually, and conversing animatedly (and where possible, vehemently) about any topic whatsoever.
Land insists the CCRU became so tightly intertwined it became an ‘entity’…’irreducible to the agendas, or biographies, of its component sub-agencies … Utter submission to The Entity was key.”
It didn’t go in for publishing much, and preferred live events, like the Virtual Futures conferences held at Warwick in the mid-1990s, where DJs played Jungle while Land writhed on the floor and screamed into a microphone. Land did occasionally write papers…on Jungle music. As a sidenote, it’s interesting to think of electronic dance music as a musical version of Accelerationism / Extropianism. The basic structure of EDM is the manic drum build-up and then the ecstatic drop. It’s the musical equivalent of Moore’s Law — exponential technological growth followed by the release into some ecstatic Singularity.
Well, as you can imagine the CCRU eventually got booted out of academia, and members moved to an apartment in Leamington Spa. Led by Land, the members got more and more into the occult, following the lead of Aleister Crowley, who had also lived in Leamington in the 1900s (indeed some of the CCRU rented his former house). Their writings from this period are obsessed with Theosophy, William Burroughs, HP Lovecraft, secret societies, strange rituals, Nazi eugenics — this is philosophy merged with science-fiction and occult horror. One of their ideas in this time is ‘hyperstition’, a play on superstition. This from a collection of CCRU texts:
According to the tenets of Hyperstition, there is no difference in principle between a universe, a religion, and a hoax. All involve an engineering of manifestation, or practical fiction, that is ultimately unworthy of belief. Nothing is true, because everything is under production.
So you can destabilize and remake reality with stories, sci-fi, with conspiracies and hoaxes (a similar idea to Crowleian chaos magic, or the * hoaxes of Robert Anton Wilson, or the ‘sci-phi’ fiction of Wilson and Leary in the 1970s). Here’s one of their fictional reports of their own activities:
Ccru’s contributions had taken the form of nightly ‘rituals’ dedicated to what they openly called ‘demons’… They claimed to traffick with demons who had told them many secrets drawn from a ‘Lemurian’ tradition of ‘time-sorcery’ that contained within itself everything that was and will be. Lemuria was supposedly an ancient sorcerous culture populated by nonhuman beings…Ccru also said that they had been taught to count by a sea-beast called Nomo which they had first summoned during an elaborate ritual with took place in Western Sumatra. It was clear to me from the unspoken undercurrent that human sacrifice had been involved, probably on a massive scale.
Did they really believe in occult numerology and Lemurian time travel? Who knows? Maybe! Meanwhile, they were taking more and more amphetamine. If transhumanism’s drug is MDMA or Modafinil, then Accelerationism’s is definitely Speed. Before long, several of the CCRU reportedly experienced breakdowns and Land himself had a meltdown, becoming ever-more obsessed with occult numerology. Mackay writes:
In any normative, clinical, or social sense of the word, very simply, Land did ‘go mad.’ Afterwards he did not shrink from meticulously documenting this process, as if writing up a failed (?) experiment. He regarded the degeneration of his ‘breakthrough’ into a ‘breakdown’ as ultimate and humiliating proof of the incapacity of the human to escape the ‘headcase,’ the prison of the personal self.
In his last text from this period, ‘Meltdown’, he scribbles like Kurtz in the jungle:
Hypersynthetic drugs click into digital voodoo.
Retro-disease.
Nanospasm.
Converging upon terrestrial meltdown singularity, phase-out culture accelerates through its digitech-heated adaptive landscape, passing through compression thresholds normed to an intensive logistic curve:
1500, 1756, 1884, 1948, 1980, 1996, 2004, 2008, 2010, 2011 …
Nothing human makes it out of the near-future.
The horror! The horror! Exterminate the brutes!
Part Two: Acceleracialism
In the late 1990s, the CCRU and Accelerationism splintered into different directions. Some members like Mark Fisher created a more left-wing Accelerationism, which challenged the idea that the ‘Progressive Left’ should merely be what Frederic Jameson called a ‘handbrake on progress’ and should instead be more…progressive. That meant embracing new technologies and being more radical than capitalism. That left-wing Accelerationism influenced people like Paul Mason, the British post-Marxist, and is still around. CCRU members were also influential in culture. One former member, Steve Goodman, went on to become dubstep producer Kode9, who released the album ‘Nothing’, celebrating the idea of a post-human world of pure machines.
The novelist Hari Kunzru emerged from the CCRU, as did Turner-prize-nominated Afrofuturist artists the Otolith Group. Nihilist shock-merchants Jake and Dinos Chapman were also shaped by the CCRU and Land’s deathly vision. They say:
The combination of delirium and the crispest thinking turned the political pessimism of the time into an intensive fatalism that was productive without reserve. Land somehow stamped his mark on the death-drive, and anyone who had the courage to read his work was pulled along in the wake.
Their work explores similar ideas of death, annihilation and Nazi eugenics. Cheerful stuff.
Meanwhile, once Nick Land had recovered his sanity, he went to Shanghai, where he still lives, and started publishing again, gradually finding new young followers drawn to his modish dark philosophy.
He now lauded Asian authoritarian capitalism (China, Singapore) as true Accelerationism, as opposed to the sclerotic welfare democracies of the West, which groaned under the bs of liberal egalitarian ideology. He published an essay called Dark Enlightenment in 2013, in which he celebrated the vision of American far-right ‘Neo-reactionary’ Curtis Yarvin / Mencius Moldbug, and bought into his rejection of multicultural liberal democracy in favour of more authoritarian options — like enlightened despotisms, charter cities, or ‘gov-corps’: ‘Gov-corp would concentrate upon running an efficient, attractive, vital, clean, and secure country, of a kind that is able to draw customers. No voice, free exit.’ He used examples like Dubai and Singapore: ‘These states appear to provide a very high quality of service to their citizens, with no meaningful democracy at all. They have minimal crime and high levels of personal and economic freedom.’
This grumbling against the western democratic welfare state is popular with Silicon Valley tech-libertarians like Peter Thiel and Balaji Srinivasan, or British tech-libertarians like Dominic Cummings, who don’t like how western bureaucracy stands in the way of technological innovation (Thiel supported Donald Trump’s campaign and attempted to get Balaji appointed head of the FDA, in order to dissolve it). Tech-libertarians also despise Wokism and grievance culture, which they see as getting in the way of meritocracy, rationalism and technological innovation (not to mention threatening their corporate control). For the tech rich, everything that is good about San Francisco comes from them — the genius founders — while everything that is bad comes from left-wing progressivism. So why don’t the founders leave the *-strewn streets of San Francisco and launch their own ‘start-up societies’, perhaps run by an enlightened founder-dictator, a modern Napoleon or Frederick the Great? Why not accelerate beyond mass democracy. ‘Democracy is not productive’, Land now declared.
The Dark Enlightenment also accelerated beyond the idea of equality, fraternity and the ‘brotherhood of man’. Land, following Yarvin, now suggested that the West is dominated by a religious structure called the ‘Cathedral’ — a secular liberal ideology based on the idea humans are blank slates, and all differences in outcome are caused by social forces, especially systemic racism. But we’re not all the same, Land now insisted. This is the ‘big lie’. He’d clearly spent a lot of time on far-right ‘human biodiversity’ sites, which is the modern name for scientific racism, and was now utterly convinced that (a) there are such things as ‘races’, (b) these races have different IQs,(c) this is the reason for different outcomes in society, and (d) the more the Cathedral denies this, the quicker it will collapse.
He says the denial of this truth leads to a panicked siege mentality among the diminishing white populations in western societies, and an acceleration into far-right white supremacist racism:
white identity politics considers itself besieged. Moderate or measured concern offers no equilibrium for those who cross the line, and begin to self-identify in these terms. Instead, the path of involvement demands rapid acceleration to a state of extreme alarm, or racial panic, conforming to an analysis focused upon malicious population replacement at the hands of a government which, in the oft-cited words of Bertolt Brecht, “has decided to dissolve the people, and to appoint another one.”
WTF happened to Nick Land?! You could say this is the result of extreme pessimism — he had tried to liberate himself through occultism in the 1990s, gone mad, and emerged a few years later, like Captain Willard from the mud, convinced the real cause of modern degeneration is biological and racial, and therefore….Therefore what? What political programme suggests itself, if you passionately believe in ‘human biodiversity’?
You could support a slow-down or cessation of immigration, or targeted immigration of ‘good types’. Good luck with that. Land seems in this essay to see two more likely alternatives for the US — white secession, or race war. That appears to be the event horizon the west is accelerating towards, in his Dark Enlightenment essay.
But, as with National Socialism, these atavistic dreams of global race war also have a utopian science-fiction bent to them, in the idea of genetic modification and space exploration (Hitler in Mein Kampf said the Aryan master-race would dominate not just Earth but beyond Earth as well). Land wrote: ‘Approaching the bionic horizon, secessionism takes on an altogether wilder and more monstrous bearing — towards speciation.’
He quotes a website called euvolution on the engineering of superbeings:
Reasoning that the majority of humankind will not voluntarily accept qualitative population-management policies….any attempt to raise the IQ of the whole human race would be tediously slow. Instead [we should pursue] elite eugenics — whose achievements would so quickly and radically outdistance the usual tempo of evolution that within ten generation the new groups will have advanced beyond our current form to the same degree that we transcend apes.
As William Gibson put it, the rich will become a whole other species.
I had a look at the euvolution website, by the way. At first glace it looks like a sort of New Age transhumanist website, dedicated to ‘conscious evolution’ and so forth. But on closer inspection, it promotes a white supremacist version of transhumanism called Cosmotheism, invented by physics professor turned far-right preacher William Luther Pierce.
Pierce is famous, or notorious, for writing The Turner Diaries — a far-right novel in which a group of white secessionists called The Organization rebel against a Jewish-dominated United States, and finally overthrow it through nuclear war and the ‘Day of the Rope’, in which all non-whites are executed. This book — which inspired the people who bought a noose to the January 6 riot — makes Hitler look moderate.
There is a mystical Theosophical side to Pierce’s homicidal race-hate. He created his own church, Cosmotheism, dedicated to worshipping divine evolution and helping it to evolve higher beings (ie super-Aryans), through one-world government and eugenics. Pierce writes that there is a spiritual-biological hierarchy in nature, ascending through the animals and the human races, up to the Awakened Ones. This stock requires pruning:
those living things which weaken the stock from which the Awakened Ones arise, or deny it necessary sustenance, or pull down its potential for divine consciousness, are evil, and measures must be taken against them…The Community must judge all of these qualities, throughout the life of each member…It must judge the infant, and decide whether or not its future lies in the community…
This might seem a long way from where Land was in the 1990s, but its common root is Theosophy. German Theosophists like Rudolf Steiner and Guido von List also predicted a global race war between higher Aryans and subhuman non-whites, and also called for ‘cosmic eugenics’ to create superior beings.
Land projects this far-right transhumanism into space — he calls it ‘hyper-racism’. He says ‘space colonization will inevitably function as a highly selective genetic filter’. The tech elite will fly into space and become a different species.
This vision of space eugenics was first proposed by Timothy Leary, when he was in Folsom Prison in the early 1970s. As I explored here, Leary proposed that 5000 of the smartest, most attractive humans jet off into space and create a smarter, longer-living and more blissful species. Today, everyone from Freeman Dyson to Martin Rees to psychedelic investor Christian Angermayer believe new genetically-modified hominid species will emerge off-world. And sometimes this idea has a racist twist — white supremacist ecologist Garrett Hardin insisted any future space colony would need to be ethnically homogenous to avoid any racial bickering. Vikings on Mars, basically.
Moonraker explored Drax’s space-eugenic vision
Back on Earth, Accelerationism has taken ever darker turns. It has been adopted by far-right white supremacist terrorist groups, the so-called Terrorgram on Telegram. The prophet for this ‘Acceleracialism’ is Canadian white supremacist James Mason, author of Siege. Mason suggests that western societies are heading for collapse and race war, and argues that white supremacists should accelerate that process through random acts of solo shooter violence.
Which is exactly what has increasingly happened in the last decade — alienated young white men reading far-right neo-Nazi occultist Accelerationism online, then going out and shooting unarmed, defenceless men, women and children, thinking this somehow makes them canonized into ‘saints’, and gets them onto the scoreboard according to their kill count.
For Mason, the key inspiration is not Nick Land but another drug-fueled Pied Piper — Charles Manson. He buys into the theory (put forward by Manson prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi in his book Helter Skelter) that the Manson family’s murders were trying to provoke a race war, a scenario called ‘helter skelter’, which would destroy the United States and leave it free for the Family to emerge from subterranean caves and take it over. This is just one theory of what Manson was trying to do, by the way. Certainly, he was a racist neo-Nazi, who carved a Swastika into his forehead in prison, and went on anti-Semitic and anti-black tirades in his probation hearings. Mason’s celebration of a psychedelic hippy was controversial in neo-Nazi circles, but he insisted Manson was an important ancestor — plus, unlike most neo-Nazis, he attracted women.
So what’s the moral of this strange, dark and distressing story? I think the moral is this. Be careful who you follow and what you believe. Just because something seems edgy and cool and involves drugs, occultism and dance music, it can still be incredibly dangerous. Words have magical power to heal — and to harm and destroy. Bad ideas kill people. Not everything in the spiritual counterculture is benign. There is such a thing as dark magic, which feeds off nihilism and hate. Leave black magic well the * alone, and if your academic supervisor is into summoning demons, change supervisor.
As for Accelerationism, it’s too variuos to generalize about. There’s an accelerationist trend in New Age spirituality, psychedelia and transhumanism. You can see it in beat literature, in Jack Kerouac writing On the Road on amphetamine or Neal Cassady, addicted to amphetamine, driving the Merry Pranksters’ Furthur bus. You can hear the Accelerationism in the Doors’ ‘Break On Through to the Other Side’, and also in the nihilism of ‘The End’. Sometimes, it takes on a violent and terroristic edge — as in, say, Osho’s pronouncements that the human population would be decimated by AIDS, and this would sweep away the dross of humanity so that the sannyasins could emerge from their bunkers and the ‘new man’ could be born. A similar violent drug-fueled apocalypticism is there in Manson’s Helter Skelter, now inspiring random acts of murder.
Leary and Manson were briefly next to each other in prison cells, by the way. The smiling transhumanist and the death-dealing accelerationist talking through a prison wall. Leary recounts the conversation:
Manson: ‘I’ve been wanting to talk to you for years…We were all your students, you know…Millions of kids cut loose from the old lies, free of hang-ups, waiting to be told what to do…And you didn’t tell them what to do.’
Leary: ‘I didn’t want to impose my realities. The idea is everybody takes responsibility for his own nervous system, creates his own new reality…Anything else is brainwashing.’
‘That was your mistake’ the voice says in a ghost-hollow whisper. ‘People want to be told what to do…When you take acid. And the world and your body dissolves into nothing but vibrations…that’s the moment of truth, right? But what is it?’
‘It’s Love.’
‘No, it’s Death’.

Re: Bring It On? Eco-Fascist Accelerationism: Pro Armageddon Dark Enlightenment
Accelerationism is a range of Marxist and reactionary ideas in critical and social theory that call for the drastic intensification of capitalist growth, technological change and other social processes in order to destabilize existing systems and create radical social transformation, otherwise known as "acceleration"
Accelerationism (n) Accelerationism is the idea that capitalism, or various processes attached to it, should be deepened or "accelerated" in order to prompt radical change.

The Philosophy and Politics of Accelerationism — Course Out Now!
July 24, 2020 By xenogothic
https://xenogothic.com/2020/07/24/the-p ... e-out-now/
Following our one-hour promo chat from the other day, I’m very excited to announce that The Philosophy and Politics of Accelerationism, a collaborative course written by James ‘@meta_nomad‘ Ellis and myself is now live at teachable.com.
The course is a two-parter, with James covering the philosophy of accelerationism and me on politics. (I’ll put the full course outline after the jump…)
We’re both very excited to be coming together on this. The course comes in three tiers. Tier 1 (£100) gives you access to all the course materials — almost seven hours worth of video + audio + lecture transcripts; Tier 2 (£150) is the course materials and the opportunity to take part in two seminars with James and myself; Tier 3 (£200) is all of the above and you also get a one-on-one seminar (or more like a threesome) with James and myself as well.
As we discussed the other day, we’re both very excited about the kinds of conversations that the course might generate — Ed Berger has already written a genius blogpost in response to the promo chat. So please join us for what we think will be a really exciting set of conversations.
The Philosophy of Accelerationism
Lecture 1: Kant, Time and Machines
If Accelerationism is anything, it’s a philosophy of time, specifically, transcendental time.
In this lecture we will consider the major role Kantian (critical) philosophy plays in outlining the philosophical underpinnings of Accelerationism, whilst simulataneously understanding the Deleuzoguattarian conception of ‘machines’ via the Kantian lens.
Required Reading:
Anna Greenspan – Capitalism’s Transcendental Time Machine – http://wrap.warwick.ac.uk/4520/1/WRAP_T ... n_2000.pdf
Nick Land – Accelerationism & Capital (Hermitix podcast) – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FgEqQujsNTY&t
Recommended Reading:

Lecture 2: The Outside and Zero
For the process of Acceleration to be possible, we need to ‘let the outside in’.
In this lecture there will be a indepth consideration of the transcendental Outside and the major role it plays in creating difference, as well as aligning the possibilty and potential of difference in relation to ‘Zero’.

Lecture 3: The Process of Accelerationism
This lecture is a compounding of the previous 2 lectures into a coherent whole (process), each singular part culminates into a working transcendental model of what it means to philosophically (and actually) ‘Accelerate the process’.

The Politics of Accelerationism
Lecture 1: What Happened?
We must start at the end, so that we are better prepared to go back to the beginning.
In this lecture, we will briefly consider the various slippages in accelerationism’s meaning over the last decade and uncover the crisis of negation that this course will address.

Lecture 2: The Crisis in Negation
The negation of the negation is a convoluted process central to Karl Marx’s dialectical materialism. However, this process has been in crisis for some time.
In this lecture, we will discuss how this crisis came to the attention of the blogosphere, following the financial crash of 2007/08 and that one time Slavoj Žižek watched the movie 300…

Lecture 3: The Impotence of Affirmation
The crisis of negation is complicated by its mirror image: the impotence of affirmation.
In this lecture we will explore how the blogosphere sought to counter Žižek’s contrarian arguments with a Deleuzian ethics of de-institionalised affirmation. This alternative, however, was not without some complications of its own…

Prior to the emergence of accelerationism, hauntology ruled the blogosphere.
In this lecture we will uncover hauntology’s peculiar philosophical background and explore how the Gothic — and, more specifically, the xenogothic — as a mode of promethean negation that informs accelerationism’s less hyperactive cousin.

By now, we hopefully understand what has happened to accelerationism since 2007. So what happened next?
Many questions remain unanswered, but that is because these are big questions. Rather than follow the Twitter lemmings off the cliff, we should retain a space where accelerationism might be able to finally produce some answers to some of its questions.
Is that space online? Ray Brassier didn’t seem to think so…

I’m not really interested in Land but I do wonder if just ignoring his entire body of work because he’s an alt-right troll on social media now makes sense. A lot of commenters here seem to think so.
Is there really nothing of value whatsoever in his corpus? Is there anything to be gleaned from examining past work in the context of his current debased state? I mean, you can still pick up Fanged Noumena from MIT Press. Should they stop publishing it?
I’m not interested enough to try and figure it out on my own, way too much I am interested in reading already on my shelf, but I am genuinely curious if anyone here who’s engaged with his work has thoughts on that.

Nick Land – Machinic Desire – http://xenopraxis.net/readings/land_machinicdesire.pdf

Re: Bring It On? Eco-Fascist Accelerationism: Pro Armageddon Dark Enlightenment
Countdown for the construction of the "Third Temple" is accelerating
Jordan News

AMMAN – The French university professor, Jean-Pierre Filio, wrote that the bidding of the racist ministers in the Israeli government encourages small Christian groups that want to build the Third Temple in the current mosque square in Jerusalem. While reality has not yet surpassed imagination, the countdown for the prospective Third Temple has now entered a state of acceleration.
As reported by Khaberni, Filio, in his column in Le Monde, based his analysis on the book "The Third Temple" by author Yishai Sarid, to paint a picture of what is happening and what is planned regarding the replacement of the alleged Temple in place of the existing mosques in the Al-Aqsa square. This gained momentum, especially after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu promoted two racists to top ministerial positions: Bezalel Smotrich as Minister of Finance and Itamar Ben Gvir as National Security Minister with authority over the future "National Guard."
Filio reviewed the book, which is based on hundreds of hours of interviews with activists from the Christian movement in West Bank settlements. The author took the apocalyptic speeches of "End of Time" activists literally after 20 years since the assassination of Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin by a fanatic from these movements.
The Third TempleAfter recounting the history of the holy temple and its destruction for the first time in 586 BC by the Babylonians, then the destruction of the Second Temple in 70 AD during Rome's suppression of the Jewish uprising, the writer pointed out that the memory of these two events has been associated with the Western Wall, or what is now called the "Wailing Wall."
If Israel retained in 1967 the mosque square, or the "Noble Sanctuary" in Arabic, or the "Temple Mount" in English, from destruction, it - according to the writer - forcibly destroyed the Moroccan neighborhood adjacent to the Western Wall and forcibly designated it for Jewish worship. Later, it allowed them to enter the areas of the sanctuary and perform their prayers there under police protection.
The author mentioned the establishment of movements associated with the temple, such as the "Salvation Movement" and the "Believers of the Temple" group, and the Temple Institute, which is closely linked to American Evangelicals. It was founded in 1992 in the Old City of Jerusalem and occasionally raises some problems with its attacks on the Noble Sanctuary. It continues its conspiracies to demolish it and replace it with the alleged temple. The Temple Institute even brought five completely red heifers from Texas whose ashes were ritually purified for the Temple. This was done in the Noble Sanctuary area, paving the way for the construction of the Third Temple.
However, tension in Jerusalem increased - as the writer says - with the entry of the racist ministers into Netanyahu's government, after they made statements and provocative initiatives. Itamar Ben Gvir visited the mosque square three times in 2023, and during two of these provocative visits, accompanied by the extremist Orthodox Rabbi Shmuel Elboim, who claims, on behalf of the "Temple Mount Management," that he replaced the Islamic authorities.

Prophecies and predictions point towards a theory that World War 3 is inevitable. Is WWIII prophesied in The Bible? Which forces are likely to be ranged against which? Why do those trying to Accelerate the end of the world believe they're 'doing humanity a favour'???
Accelerationism, or more correctly Satanic or Luciferian Armageddonism, infesting the British Establishment with King Charles III now firmly in charge.
Following Albert Pike's leaked 1871 plan to re-create the Vatican's medieval Knights Templar crusader state, Israel..... UK, USA in 2024 attacking Yemen, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq and Iran almost weekly with no proper reason for it or declaration of war, will the secret societies' enemy within the Anglo-Zionist empire succeed in starting WWIII? In 2024?

Mystery 200-year-old letter revealed World War 3 plans – and final battle against Islam
A LETTER written more than 200 years ago by a top military chief is claimed to have predicted THREE world wars.
News By Rory Mckeown, 7 MAR 2016
Albert Pike, who was a captain for the US army during the American Civil War, is alleged to have penned a doctrine to an Italian politician outlining plans for three global conflicts to bring a one world government.
It plots how and why the first and second world wars raged in the early 1900s – and provides a chilling prophecy over a third and final battle.
The letter features heavily in the book Satan, Prince of this World, by former naval officer William Guy Carr.
It was reportedly sent by Pike, a freemason, to Italian politician Giuseppe Mazzini and was dated August 15, 1871.
The letter, it is claimed, suggested World War 1 was planned to overthrow the Tsars in Russia and make Russia a communist stronghold.
World War 2 was sparked as a catalyst to destroy Nazism, so communism could take over wearier governments and for a sovereign state of Israel to beset up in Palestine.
The third global war, according to Pike, will be fought between the west and leaders of the Islamic war .
Pike is alleged to have written, according to Carr's book: "The First World War must be brought about in order to permit the Illuminati to overthrow the power of the Czars in Russia and of making that country a fortress of atheistic Communism.
"The divergences caused by the "agentur" (agents) of the Illuminati between the British and Germanic Empires will be used to foment this war.
"At the end of the war, Communism will be built and used in order to destroy the other governments and in order to weaken the religions.
"The Second World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences between the Fascists and the political Zionists.
"This war must be brought about so that Nazism is destroyed and that the political Zionism be strong enough to institute a sovereign state of Israel in Palestine.
"During the Second World War, International Communism must become strong enough in order to balance Christendom, which would be then restrained and held in check until the time when we would need it for the final social cataclysm.
"The Third World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences caused by the 'agentur' of the 'Illuminati' between the political Zionists and the leaders of Islamic World.
"The war must be conducted in such a way that Islam (the Moslem Arabic World) and political Zionism (the State of Israel) mutually destroy each other.
"Meanwhile the other nations, once more divided on this issue will be constrained to fight to the point of complete physical, moral, spiritual and economical exhaustion…
"We shall unleash the Nihilists and the atheists, and we shall provoke a formidable social cataclysm which in all its horror will show clearly to the nations the effect of absolute atheism, origin of savagery and of the most bloody turmoil.
"Then everywhere, the citizens, obliged to defend themselves against the world minority of revolutionaries, will exterminate those destroyers of civilization, and the multitude, disillusioned with Christianity, whose deistic spirits will from that moment be without compass or direction, anxious for an ideal, but without knowing where to render its adoration, will receive the true light through the universal manifestation of the pure doctrine of Lucifer, brought finally out in the public view.
"This manifestation will result from the general reactionary movement which will follow the destruction of Christianity and atheism, both conquered and exterminated at the same time."
It was originally claimed the text was on show at the the British Museum's Library and was mysteriously taken down in the 1970s and never seen again...
