Dear Drivers and Residents

Royal Borough of Greenwich have put up a TIME LIMITED No through Road sign here which they are then attempting to collect unlawful fines for certain vehicles passing using ANPR surveillance cameras.

Don't pay it.

Appeal it as a No Through Road sign is not a lawful sign to prevent you driving down there
