Just seems ironical that recently several countries in opposition to the USA have been struck by earthquakes. Would it be possible to create an earthquake and inflict it on your enemy.

Seems the main HAARP facility in Dakona, Alaska is now supersede by a world-wide network of co-ordinating HAAPR stations, and also by 'space' aircraft.
