Posting on other non-truth forums?

Post by Frank Freedom »

While we are generally comfortable up to a point in posting on Truth forums, what are your views about posting on non-truth sites, and if you do how are you received by the regular posters, and admins?

I guess this will be a short lived thread!

It can be a lot of fun trying to rile them up in an intelligent fashion.
I've long abandoned such a mission, probably since being hassled on ATS for being too 'conspiracist'

Well I've just been suspended for an innocuous offence, but I suspect it was for being specific (for a change) in relating the philosophy of Leo Strauss to the neo-con agenda coupled to the BBC's 2004 'The Power Of Nightmares' that no one wants to touch!

Yes it has been "a lot of fun"over an extended period of time.Unfortunately the off topic rule applies quite rigiously on some forums which makes it kinda awkward on most occasions.
I understand if you can talk to regular folks at their level ,go for it in an appropriate way, other than that we as a "movement" are just talking to ourselves.

Tell me where I maybe mistaken here?

Its my opinion that the truth must be discussed outside of truther forums.

There is a sustained campaign from JREFers, other conformists and OCTopushers to bash down anything remotely questioning about 9/11 on "other blogs" - on truther blogs there are other problems.

I participated in the 5614 comment session on Mike Rudin's bbc blog post

http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/theeditors/2 ... ml?page=12

And we covered all manner of subjects, there were at least 2 JREFers on the blog and at least one of them was intelligent (but, uh, wrong): Choosing the evidence to fit your argument seems to be their stock in trade.

I try a little bit with YouTube comments - but that is rather hopeless cause.

I have vowed not to return to HuffingtonPost, but many other sites give opportunity to state your views.

I concur - I have had some success on farmers weekly, not 911, but Monsanto operations and climate change, topics relevant to the forum.

Generally I do not argue that my opinion to be believed but introduce counter views linking to other sources.

Where a signature is allowed - add link as appropriate to the full picture your trying to convey.

There are many music and film forums to slip-in if not upload video clips or documentary's.

Just sow some seeds wherever you go. Recently a couple of photos on Orange front page asking for readers to guess what the conversation was. One picture was an Aborigine speaking to Prince William, another was David Cameron with a child in a classroom.

Well, I'll help to keep this thread running ;-)

Might I suggest that where there is already an agenda (eg: ThinkProgress, DailyKos, JREF etc etc ad nauseum) that we don't bother any more?

Some of us have been batting away on the net since 1989 and ISTM there's no longer any need to go looking to sway the unswayable on 9/11, person by person, as it's now pushing and clamoring its way into the mainstream and even on to the floor of some governments' chambers.

The evidence is in place - it's now just down to numbers and a clear recognition of just who is driving this present global insanity.

Perhaps if Jay Rockefella's understandable paranoia over the power of the web translates into more repressive action from the banksters, it would be useful to have a clear understanding of what the backbone of the net is all about? Study ARPANET and its spinoffs, especially Usenet and the Freenet Project - they cannot be brought down without badly damaging the NWO itself - nice Catch22 in our favour? ;-)

Meanwhile, FWIW, Carl Herman at examiner.com is providing a useful platform for commentary for those who still feel the urge to impart knowledge to the 'great uncaring' {:>

I confine myself to harrassing MP's or posting occassionally on stuff like Comment Is Free, when there is something so outrageous, that I just can't shut up. Often there are already so many sensible comments before I even get there and then the Zionist lobby gets there and it is all racist, rambling, sh**.
