Is it on all pages are just this one? You may have just increased the display font size on your browser.

United Hosting support are trying to speed up page delivery as for the last 6 hours it's been getting slower for me - half an hour ago running at up to 30 seconds to get a page and images longer - but they appear to have started a new problem as they solved the other one

United Hosting are aware of this problem now.
Caused by their playing with the database earlier today.

Problem seems to be related to the Force Word Wrapping mod.

For unknown reasons this mod is not working (atm) on the live site but is working on the test site. I have disabled it for now.

OK - found the problem.

It appears that the Anonymous user had gone awol from the database users table. I have re-inserted the user data into the table and re-tested the Word Wrap mod with the data in-place. The board now seems to be working as expected.

The tell-tale sign that indicated that there was a problem with the Anonymous user was that, when logging out, there was a phpBB error reported:

Code: Select all

phpBB : Critical Error

Error obtaining user details
I have no idea why the user details were deleted ... please let us know if you know anything about this.

The user entry is known to have been there as of last week and so presumably it went awol within the last 48 hours.

What has happened to the font used on the forum ?

It has changed from what it used to be and now makes every post almost unreadable ?

The settings on the website has been changed from UNICODE (2 bytes per character) to the older ASCII characters only one byte per character. The spare byte from the original UNICODE characters are being displayed as the SPACE character...

You need a geek to sort it out...

Perhaps it's deliberate? Some spook with too much time on its hands playing silly beggars, as 'we' expose the USuk/Isreali/BP fantasy of the so-called Libyan 'uprising', courtesy of NED*? ;-)

But then, deciphering original Latin texts is far worse...
