But unfortunately they still buy these products.

Old fashioned drinks like cordials are generally made from just sugar no other sweeteners and sugar is the less dangerous as the body metabolises sugar easily.
There are still quite a few squashes that are sweetener free so it is just a matter of when you go to the shops read all the ingredients.
I do this myself.
Natural colours, natural sugar.
Sucralose is a safe alternative sweetener.

i must agree with my friend Blackcat, why not simply buy fruit juice it is quite cheap these days and although processed more healthy than any squash.

SUCRALOSE IS NOT A SAFE ALTERNATIVE SWEETENER

As with aspartame and now neotame, there are no long-term studies to indicate sucralose's safety in humans. Animal studies, however, have shown potential problems such as shrunken thymus glands, enlarged liver and kidneys, reproductive anomalies and decreased red blood cell counts.

The FDA acknowledges Splenda's purity at about 98 percent. The other two percent has been demonstrated to contain lead, arsenic, methanol and chlorinated mono and disaccharides.

Avoid all artificial sweeteners. 7UP original is about the only branded fizz worth buying. Otherwise only get Whole Earth pops and Suma concentrates. The most of the rest is nonsense. Read the label and avoid all branded products other than high juice

Also avoid all medicines, most have aspartame in them.

I bought some Lemsip a few weeks ago and I had to take it back because it contained aspartame.

Almost all Vitamin C tabs now have Aspartame poison in too.
Try to make up for lack of fresh fruit and vegatables and your brain shuts down. How annoying, but then I suppose you wouldn't actually know much about it.

Raised temperature is the body's response to invading organisms. It tries to kill them with heat. Unless the temp is really high, go with the discomfort. You're less likely to get a near future return. Lemon and honey in its natural form is ok

This is getting to be a real nightmare.
I stopped fizzy pop in order to avoid the poison and now it turns up in my vitamin c tablets. As a previous poster stated, this stuff must be very important for them to force upon us because it seems to have found its way everywhere, jars of pickles for one example.

Be careful to also avoid glucose/fructose corn starch syrup which is now replacing sugar in many products.
