ok i watched the footage over and over, and i just aint seeing the driver being responsible. it could be that because the footage is poor quality im not picking it up.

but ill explain what i can see or should i say how it appears to me.

the president has been shot in the neck as the car drives forward, the driver turns around then turns back to face forwards then the shot hits the president in the front of the head and then the car speeds up.

there appears to be 6 people in the car, the president and wife on the back seat two others infront of them, then the driver and the passenger.

if my observations are correct about the seat arrangement, then my obsevations on what the driver did stand.

again i could be seeing it wrong due to poor quality but the driver appears to face forward before the fatal shot.

so it appears to me that the driver turned around after hearing screams and shots fired, he saw the president was hit, he faced forward again to speed up to get out of there, he was proberbly unaware the president had been struck by a fatal shot at this point but would of proberbly heard the another shot as he was about to speed up, but he certainly seems to be facing forwards as the fatal shot occures just prior to speeding up.

try giving an explaination of what you see.
