All part of the strategy of tension.

Yes there are some NGOs in the pay of Soros and the NWO sociopaths and following their agenda, but the vast majority are not.

Similarly I will wager the hidden hand of the NWO sociopaths is behind the rise of the far right and anti-migrant/muslim demonstrations.

Rapes and assaults of German women during New Year Eve parties in German cities up and down the country.

German Minister states in not too many words mentiining the ethnicity of the perpetrators makes you a racist and an apologist for rapes.

Who needs the NWO when people like you are happy to peddle their racist, divisive claptrap?

Are you really arguing that Muslims have some kind natural inclination to rape and molest white women and that’s why they were let into Germany?

And what exactly is the NWO point in doing that? To promote multi-culturalism, which is what the people you support argue? They want to promote multiculturalism by way of rape?

It is clear that the abuse and criminality in Cologne was organised. The criminals are most likely made up of Western-paid terrorists who were terrorising Syria. The people behind this want to punish German leaders because they want to distance themselves from the Anglo-American establishment and get closer to Russia.

The white working-class victims of the multicultural NWO backed UK soldiers in Iraq when they were destroying the country the last time I checked. I could agree with some of this except I'm not sure what you're talking about. Are you saying:

Cologne police chief fired as witness says NYE violence was coordinated:
http://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/jan/08/cologne-violence-suspects -include-asylum-seekers

'......The leaked police report, obtained by the German newspaper Bild, said women were forced to “run a gauntlet … beyond description” to reach or leave the station.

Shabani, the witness spoken to by the Guardian, said she had viewed the events from the cathedral steps, having gone to the city centre to experience her first German new year, eight months after arriving as a political asylum seeker from Iran. She said she had been astounded by the police’s nonchalance. “They seemed to just let it happen,” she said. “I watched as men fired large firecrackers horizontally into the crowd and they police just stood at the side of the square with their hands on their hips”.

Describing what she called “coordination tactics” among the men, Shabani said: “I watched for some time as three men who were smartly dressed gave out instructions. One time a group of three or four males would come up to them, be given instructions and sent away into the crowd. Then another group of four or five would come up, and they’d gesticulate in various directions and send them off again.”

The men occasionally paused to take selfies on their mobiles, she said, adding that they wore “sports chic” or “the type of clothing rappers might wear – smart trainers, baseball caps”.

“It looked to me like they were clearly directing the events,” said Shabani, describing the evening as “chaotic”.

The kindergarten teacher suffered a 5cm gash to her right hand, after intervening to stop a firework explode in her three-year-old’s pram. “I saw it coming and put my hand up just in time to stop it,” she said.

Earlier, the German interior ministry said 31 people had been identified as being involved in the violence, of whom 18 were asylum seekers suspected of crimes ranging from theft to assault. None of the asylum seekers was suspected of committing sexual assaults of the kind that prompted outrage in Germany over the past week.....'

The biggest demonstration in modern British history occurred against the Iraq invasion yet you now state British workers were for the war in Iraq and are in bed with the NWO. Your visceral hatred of British workers is such that you lump imperialism in with the victim and then to conclude that only angels arrive in the EU, ie there are no US quislings amongst them who were involved in raping and killing women and children back home. When Algeria collapsed due to the resistance 100,000 security services personnel arrived in France. What was their role back home? Enforcing the occupation. London is full of neo-con gangsters due to the open door policy of the City of London.

If you think German workers are going to put up with another 10 million arriving like a German Minister said yesterday without civil war style disturbances occurring you are living in the wrong era. This type of model will not exist in every european city however much you want it to. London and New York aren't the Eurozone. Its not one size fits all.

Germany supported before all other the dissolution of Yugoslavia supporting first the secession of Slovenia then Croatia. They supported the internal displacement of millions of Serbs and by extension ethnic cleansing inaugurating the NWO in the Balkans in the late 1980's in cahoots with the IMF.

Germany then supported the economic genocide of Greeks in 2010 pushing through 50% wage and pension cuts creating 30% unemployment and leading 30k to commit suicide in cahoots with the IMF. This 'programme' would then be extended to Ireland, Portugal and Spain. Tremendous success story made in Germany once more.

They then supported the break up of the Ukraine supporting the 4th Reich quislings in Kiev and fully backed Russian sanctions. Another success story.

Now they are sending warplanes to bomb Syria.

They have been instrumental in destroying Europe twice in modern history. They are now destroying it a third time. Insidejob you assign them 'humanitarian' intentions, where I just see corporate gangsterism.

Just keep them away. I don't want to be saved by a German ever. It never bodes well.

First Cologne, Now Sweden: How Left-Wing Apologism Is Fueling Right-Wing Populism

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/bonny-brooks/cologne-sweden-assault-popu lism_b_8965118.html

LONDON -- In recent days, how many of us gasped at photos of emaciated Syrians in the besieged town of Madaya? In light of this tragedy, the post-Cologne fence-building and anti-refugee postulating around Europe must surely be even more alarming. The Syrian humanitarian crisis remains as desperate as ever, but after Cologne's New Year's Eve mass sexual assaults, right-wing populist "refugees not welcome" sentiments seem to be gaining ground throughout Europe. Monday morning also brought allegations that Swedish police covered up group sexual assaults in Stockholm, too, because of fears of a right-wing backlash. In an increasingly globalized news culture, and particularly when it comes to EU countries like Germany, "their" concerns are frequently "our" concerns, too. All over Europe, merely condemning right-wingers as bigots will neither quell popular fears nor win the argument. Liberals must look in the mirror. And then we must make some concessions.

Since reports of the Cologne attacks emerged over a week ago, accusations of police and government cover-ups have flourished in a kind of perfect storm of liberal conspiracy narratives. Sadly, it's not hard to see why. Up to 1,000 men said to be "of North African and Arab appearance" conducted coordinated attacks on women and teenage girls -- surrounding them in groups, grabbing and groping them so hard they left bruises on their bodies -- but an initial police press release claimed the night had "passed off peacefully." Then, after revelations, days of insistence that there was no evidence for asylum seeker involvement followed, with Cologne Mayor Henriette Reker even branding any suggestion of refugee involvement "impermissible," an internal police report emerged last Thursday. German magazine Der Spiegel claims to have seen the report and said it revealed that some of the attackers asserted they were Syrian refugees. One reportedly told an officer: "You have to treat me kindly. Mrs. Merkel invited me." Another apparently ripped up residence papers in front of officers, shouting defiantly: "You can't do anything to me. I can get a new one tomorrow."

We must confront the fact, for example, that some dangerous undesirables will indeed have found their way into the EU amongst all the decent and deserving refugees.
Perhaps because the police report appeared to give credence to a some-bad-apples-among-the-innocent-refugees narrative that we liberals often like to pretend has no bearing, for a whole day after it emerged in Germany, only the right-wing press in Britain deigned to publish it. In some cases even as late as Friday morning, there were left-leaning articles sticking with the "nobody really knows if migrants were involved" rhetoric. Perhaps purely because this is the sort of thing the xenophobes will jump on, many on the left seemed reluctant to touch it. Concern for minorities, or knee-jerk political tribalism at its finest?

When political correctness reaches the point in which people are -- never mind being afraid to express opinion -- afraid to report police memos, then we know sanity has been left behind. This sort of obfuscation is dangerous not just because it makes detection of the actual perpetrators more difficult, but also because it is driving otherwise reasonable people away from the left and all too often into the arms of right-wing populism. Now, German police have publicly confirmed that more than half those questioned so far are indeed asylum seekers, and the right is doing its victory dances. Scroll down any comment thread and amidst the growing calls to leave the EU, you'll find "Libtards" and "the left" named as the personae non gratae in this whole affair. And for American readers, understand, this is exactly the sort of thing that Trump and his cronies can seize on, a perfect "Europe is being cowed" cautionary tale. In the words of an anti-racist Cologne protester on Saturday: "It's not good to 'protect' us, it just makes the racism worse."

Frankly, we on the left must wake up and become more willing to describe the world as it is. To confront the fact, for example, that some dangerous undesirables will indeed have found their way into the EU amongst all the decent and deserving refugees. If not, we face the prospect of being ruled for the foreseeable future not only by those on the right who want to "stoke up anti-immigration rhetoric," but also who will happily dismantle our public services. Right-wing populism finds a perfect ideological punchbag in a woolly liberalism that often fails to stand up for liberal principles. In the case of Cologne, we've seen not just obfuscating, but also what might be called victim-blaming. Cologne Mayor Henriette Reker, for example, advised women on a "code of conduct" for public celebrations, including "keeping more than an arm's length away" from men, even reportedly warning against being in a "celebratory mood." Channel 4 News broadcast an interview with a Tunisian refugee who said with a straight face: "It is not the fault of the refugees -- the couple of refugees who were there, who might also be culprits. It's the fault of the laws and bureaucracy in Germany that say you have to wait six months or one year for the day when you can find a legal job." I'm sorry, what?

Right-wing populism finds a perfect ideological punchbag in a woolly liberalism that often fails to stand up for liberal principles.
Recently, two activists I know freshly returned from work with migrants and admitted sheepishly to me that their time on the front line had led them to consider -- briefly -- that perhaps Germany should close its borders. They told me that most of the migrants they had seen were not actually refugees. And then they looked at me as though they expected I would roundly accuse them of being Nazis. Unsurprising, since nuance and pragmatism are frequently becoming trickier in the ideological battle trenches of the digital era. Perhaps because of the constant demand for brevity in tweets and Internet comment pieces, a popular, and often false, thought association ensues: if you think this, then you must also think that. Suppressing debate and dissent within the left itself, this phenomenon has become a kind of digital McCarthyism. And it is driving people away from the very political associations that would protect their public services and democratic rights. Suggest last week that any asylum-seeker sex attackers be deported, for example, and sit back and wait for the Hitler comparisons to be pelted at you faster than you can say "no platform." Personally I am firmly left of the political center and share concerns about anti-refugee sentiment but -- and call me Mrs. Picky -- I draw the line at welcoming sex offenders into Blighty for toast and tea.

Last week it was revealed that 40,000 Syrians -- including many women and children -- trapped in Madaya because of Assad's war, were resorting to eating grass as they starved to death. One must ask: how is covering up for young men who seem determined to gleefully flout European norms and laws going to help those thousands of innocent would-be refugees who might otherwise be offered a haven were it not for the impending right-wing blowback against the worst excesses of liberal apologism? Merkel's seeking of greater powers of deportation for asylum seekers found guilty of, say, sexual assault, has been characterized by some on the left as "bowing to populist pressure." But is Merkel justified? In our reluctance to face up to the painful -- yet credible -- reports of migrant involvement in these horrific Cologne attacks, we have unwittingly given succor to those who would deny haven to any refugees at all.

An American woman has told how she was rescued from being sexually assaulted on New Year’s Eve in Cologne by a group of Syrian refugees.

Caitlin Duncan, a neuroscience student from Seattle, told the New York Times she had become separated from her boyfriend in the crowded square outside the city’s famous cathedral and main railway station.

She described a man stealing her hat before another “grabbed” her from behind, searching through her pockets and a third man tried to kiss her face and neck.

The 27-year-old escaped and attempted to complain to police but they were busy trying to clear the square and shoved her back into the crowd, where another group of men started groping her and pulling her hair.

“I went into a kind of fighting mode, and kicked and hit and pushed until I got away,” she said. “I was getting really scared.”

That was when she was approached by a group of Syrian refugees offering help.

They formed a protective cordon around Ms Duncan to help her through the crowd, offered to phone her boyfriend and searched for him with her when she could not remember his number.

The couple were eventually reunited inside the railway station, with Ms Duncan crying in relief.

Among the group was Hesham Ahmad Mohammad, a 32-year-old primary school teacher who fled Aleppo and was celebrating New Year’s Eve in Cologne with other Syrian friends who have recently arrived in Germany.

He told the New York Times he was also frightened by the groups committing the attacks, saying they had “lost their minds” on drink and drugs.

“We keep hearing news about refugees all day: ‘They are bad people, they must go back to their home,’ ” he said.

“When I hear that in the news, I am sad. Because we know that there were bad boys and bad people. But the good people, nobody speaks about them.”

Ms Duncan said she and Mr Mohammad are now friends and speak regularly, adding: “In the end it turned out really well.”

Police said asylum seekers were among up to 1,000 drunken men mostly of “Arab of North African origin” responsible for the attacks, sparking a wave of anti-refugee protests and revenge attacks across Germany.

Opinion polls show support for taking in current levels of migrants has declined in the fortnight since the assaults, while Angela Merkel has already vowed to review asylum rules and make it easier to deport foreign criminals.

A total of 751 people have filed 676 criminal complaints relating to the New Year’s Eve in Cologne, including 347 allegations of sexual assault.

Out of 19 main suspects being investigated, 10 are asylum seekers, and the hunt for perpetrators continues.

Police have put up appeals for information in Arabic and German in all refugee accommodation in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Rewards are being offered for anything leading to arrests for sexual offences, the poster says, describing “groups of young men approaching victims to rob them and commit "serious sexual assaults".

Tensions continued in Germany today, with a public swimming pool in the town of Bornheim banning male asylum seekers because of sexual harassment complaints.

Businesses also reported a huge increase German sales of Tasers and pepper spray since New Year’s Eve.

“People are afraid of refugees,” manufacturer Vladimir Kupa told the Handelsblatt newspaper.

Hmmm, ''out of their minds on drink and drugs"; sounding more and more like a CIA planned op. They took a leaf out of the Nazi playlist, and have used paid street mobs at least since the overthrow of Mossadegh in Iran in 1953. And the police stood by with their hands on their hips - not quite what they would do if it were a Peace, anti war, environment or other 'good' Demo, I suspect - http://www.sueddeutsche.de/politik/umstrittener-tiefbahnhof-gericht-st uttgart-polizeieinsatz-war-rechtswidrig-1.2742476

Imperialism’s Migration Agenda: Who is Funding the Refugees Transport into Europe?
Coercive Engineered Migration: Zionism's War on Europe (Part 4 of 11)
By Gearóid Ó Colmáin Global Research, February 02, 2016 Dissident Voice 24 January 2016
http://www.globalresearch.ca/imperialisms-migration-agenda-who-is-fund ing-the-refugees-transport-into-europe/5504056

Banker Occupied Europe and America
Austrian intelligence officials have reportedly revealed that US government agencies are paying for the transport of migrants to Europe. On August 5th, 2015 Austrian magazine Infodirekt reported:

“It has come to our knowledge that US organisations are paying for the boats taking thousands of refugees to Europe. US organisations have created a co-financing scheme which provides for a considerable portion of the transportation costs. Not every refugee from North Africa has 11,000 Euro cash. Nobody is asking, where is the money coming from?”

French government officials have also been caught selling life boats to refugees in Turkey. France’s France 2 Television station filmed French honorary pro-consul Françoise Olcay in Turkey in flagrante delicto.

When the official was asked if she was aware that her actions were illegal, she indicated that there were hundreds of Turkish officials involved.
Many of the refugees/migrants arriving in Europe are being provided with false Syrian passports. Until the violence in Syria in 2011, Syrian passports were printed by French government printers. This fact strongly suggests French government involvement in the distribution of false Syrian passports.
European governments are out-sourcing the management of the migrant crisis to private companies.
The aforementioned K-TV has also revealed that private multi-national project management companies such as ORS Services have been making millions of Euros from the plight of refugees. In 2014 ORS Services received 21 million Euros from the German government and has seen profits doubling since the refugee crisis. The Austrian newspaper Heute reported that ORS made 21 million euro this year alone from the migrant crisis.
Shareholder finance of ORS Services is managed by the private equity firm Equistone Partners Europe, an affiliate of the Rothschild-owned Barclays Bank, which is considered to be the most influential financial institutions in the world. German economist Wolfang Freisleben has described Barclays Bank as “Rothschilds slaughtership”. Barclays is the most important shareholder in both NM Rothschild bank and Lazard Brothers. Former director of Barclays Marcus Agius is married to a daughter of Edmond de Rothschild. Agius was also director of the British Broadcasting Corporation’s executive board and served in the Steering Committee of the secretive Bilderberg Group.
As in the case of the Arab Spring, some anarchists are once again unwitting tools and fools of imperialist subversion. The Berliner anarchist collective “Peng”! is helping to smuggle immigrants into Europe illegally. This is part of the groups ‘international solidarity’. The organisation is funded by the ultra-right wing Ayn Rand Institute, whose director is Israeli and Zionist ideologue Yaron Brook.
Ayn Rand was a Jewish philosopher who promoted the concept of objectivism; the idea that self-interest is the goal in every individual’s life and that laissez-faire capitalism is the only system compatible with the individual’s super-egotism.
Here again we see capitalism’s reliance on youthful rebellion of a politically correct ‘leftist’ variety in order to further entrench its grip on humanity.
A key ‘weapon’ used in 2011 by imperialism to destroy the institutions of the nation-state was the smartphone. Thousands of smartphones were provided to US-funded ‘activists’ during Zionism’s ‘Arab Spring’. It is unsurprising, therefore, to see that smartphones are being supplied to thousands of migrants by NGOs once they arrive in Europe. This could become a nightmare for any nation-state refusing to cooperate with imperialism’s migration agenda.
Researchers in Germany found that migrants were being supplied with smartphones by Austria’s A-1 mobile phone company. The A-1 mobile company is controlled by Mexican Billionaire Carlos Slim. Slim, whose real name is Salem, comes from the Levant.

That is why Hungary is at the heart of the current crisis. Refugees of NATO’s imperialist wars are now being used as geopolitical tools with which to destabilise the recalcitrant Hungarian state as a stepping stone to a long, low-intensity civil war in Europe. By erecting a fence to protect Hungary’s sovereignty, Orban is defying the objectives of the Empire. And while there are undoubtedly many desperate people waiting at the Hungarian border, the fence, by stalling NATO’s destabilisation plans, is also helping the millions of refugees in Syria under the protection of the Syrian Arab Army and indirectly, through its robust defense of national sovereignty, Hungary is joining the resistance of countries such as Belarus, Venezuela and Eritrea from the empire of chaos.
Yet, similar to the consensus surrounding the ‘spontaneous’ and ‘popular uprising’ during the Arab Spring, there is an almost entire ‘leftist’ consensus that Victor Orban is a cruel and racist tyrant. Concrete and complex analysis has ceded ground to a chorus of platitudinous pronouncements about the “rights of asylum seekers” and the “obligations” of European countries to receive them. Just as in the Arab Spring, it is believed that the refugees/migrants are coming to Europe as an unintended consequence of NATO’s policy in Libya and Syria, rather than being part of a much wider and more complex geostrategic initiative to use people as weapons in order to break down all resistance to US/Zionist globalisation. Here again, to echo the words of General Barnett, it is capitalism which is proving to be the avant-garde of global revolution, rather than its so-called ‘socialist’ and ‘leftist’ critics.
Billionaire George Soros has advised the European Union to increase funding to NGOs and the private sector dealing with the refugee crisis. It looks like Brussels is following his advice with the fund put aside to deal with the crisis now doubling to 9.5 billion euro. Good news for Equistone Partners Europe, the Rothschild banking mafia!
Another organisation highly active in the smuggling of refugees to Europe is ‘Fluchlinghelfer. In’, which is funded by the afore-mentioned Ayn Rand Institute.

Meanwhile a state founded on the creation of refugees is deeply concerned about the plight of Syrian victims of Zionism’s wars.
Jewish ‘humanitarian’ agencies such as the Multi-faith alliance for Syrian Refugees and the Jewish Coalition for Syrian Refugees in Jordan, who have no interest in the plight of millions of Palestinian refugees of Zionism, are actively offering Syrians in Jordanian camps ‘resettlement’ in Europe and America. What Syrians manipulated by Israeli agencies fail to realise is that these same agencies are responsible not only for the destruction of their country but they could soon be joined in Jordan by Palestinians deported by Israel.
Meanwhile, IsraAid, the Zionist entity’s international ‘aid’ agency, is active in the Balkans helping migrants get to central Europe.
An article published in the Suddeutsche Zeitung on October 14th 2014, states that Syrian refugees in Turkey are going hungry due to lack of funds for their upkeep. It states that 280 million euros more are required to feed the refugees. In other words, pocket change.
While other reports in the German media indicate that the German state will have to dish out 46 billion dollars per annum to finance immigration.
The insanity of Chancellor Angela Merkel’s immigration policy has been denounced by US presidential candidate Donal Trump. In a recent interview, he says:
It’s insane… letting in that many people. What they should do is all get together, including the gulf states, who have nothing but money. They should all get together and have a safe zone in Syria where they could live and then ultimately go back to their country, go back to where they came from…. I’ve been watching this migration and I see the people. They’re men, they’re mostly men. And they’re strong men. These are physically young, strong men. They look like prime-time soldiers. Now, it’s probably not true but where are the women? You see some women. You see some children. But for the most part, I’m looking at strong men. So, you ask two things. Number one: why aren’t they fighting for their country? And another thing. I don’t want these people coming over here.

Of course, one can be under no illusions about the reactionary, chauvinist policy of Donald Trump who is playing on xenophobia to get elected, nor will Trump ever admit that the US is responsible for the entire humanitarian catastrophe in Syria, Iraq, Libya and many other countries. His question as to why the young men are not fighting for their country is ironic given the fact that the fighters he supports are fighting for the US and Israel. However, like so many sources of information, Trump’s comments about the preponderance of young, fit men are highly significant.
After the January 7th, 2015 Charlie Hebdo terrorist attacks in Paris, Chancellor Angela Merkel appeared in Berlin at a vigil for the victims of the attack. At Merkel’s side were Turkish-German politicians who are members of the ruling party. They are also members of the Turkish islamo-fascist organisation ‘The Grey Wolves’. This organisation has now over 20,000 members in Germany and many of their members have joined the Islamic State in Syria, posting videos of their atrocities on line. That means that there are members of the German government with close links to the Islamic State.

German collaboration with Islamist terrorism goes back a long way. During the Second World War, the Nazis armed Muslim SS divisions in Albania and Bosnia who committed atrocities against Jews and Orthodox Christians in the Balkans. During the Yugoslav wars of the 1990s, Germany’s secret service, BND (Bundesnachrichtendienst) armed and trained Bosnian Islamist terrorists as part of NATO’s ‘Drang nach Osten’. Now the same German agencies are bringing the wars home.
The German government recently held a conference in Berlin called ‘Dialogs and Vision for Germany in 2050’. The conference predicted that many sociological terms used today will be soon be obsolete. One of the terms referred to in the booklet is ‘immigration background’. The conference booklet states the reason for the concept’s obsolescence is that ‘because everyone will be so “mixed” and everyone will have a migration background.
This means that the notion of belonging to a country, of being able to retrace one’s ancestry through the centuries in the country of one’s birth, this notion will be obsolete. In other words, no one will have any identity, other than that of a consumer. Commodity fetishism will constitute the identity of the ‘Germans’ of the future. The document also describes this future as a ‘global utopia’; a utopia for the ruling elite, a nightmare for the millions of rootless, acculturated, post-modern nomads. While being cosmopolitan can certainly be an advantage for some, cosmopolitanism as a form of class-driven social engineering is another matter. Cosmopolitanism as social engineering is not only class war, it constitutes a new form of colonialism.
The white-colonial settlement of the United States brought to a brutal end thousands of years of Native American cultures and civilisations. Those natives who survived the White colonial invasion and genocide are today reduced to poverty, social exclusion and misery. What we are witnessing in Europe is a form of reverse colonialism, whereby victims of globalisation in the Southern Hemisphere countries are being artificially transferred to Northern Hemisphere states. Under conditions of capitalism, this can and will only lead to civil war and chaos. In the case of Turkey, there is a overt policy of Wahabisation, not only of Turkey itself but of Europe.
It is most politically incorrect to highlight these aspects of Germany’s ‘multi-cultural’ utopia and, as we have already shown, political correctness constitutes the psychological attitude of that vacillating social class we refer to as the petty bourgeoisie. It is a form of thought-policing predicated on moral injunctions. One must not be anti-Semitic; one must not be racist; one must not be Islamophobic; one must not be homophobic etc., etc. This is what Jean Bricmont has rightly referred to as the “moral left”. In Europe, they are best represented by groups such as ‘anti-Fa’ who perform on the level of social and psychological warfare, that which NATO’s puppets effect on the battle field; namely, the stealthy and indefatigable promotion of Zionism as ‘anti-racism’ and Zionism in the form of ‘humanitarian’ wars.
In order to more thoroughly understand the significance of the current refugee/migrant crisis, we need to discuss some of the principle geopolitical philosophies that have shaped both British and American imperialism for well over a century.

Apparently according to "analysts at NATO" the refugee crisis and the rise of the far right in Europe is all Putin's fault

Turkey says letting it join the EU would help solve the refugee crisis
Turkey is home to three million refugee and has a border with Syria

Turkey should be allowed to join the European Union in order to help solve the Syrian refugee crisis happening on its borders, the country has said.

Cem Işik, Turkey’s deputy ambassador to Britain, said the country being barred from the EU had contributed to the international migration problems.

The country has been an official candidate for EU membership since 1999, with negotiations about accession launched in 2005 – but progress has been very slow.

“Turkey joining the European Union is a strategic objective – it’s being going on for decades,” Mr Işik told BBC Radio 4’s Today programme.

“For years the EU was reluctant to take on Turkey as a member state because it didn’t want problems relating to Iraq and Syria at its border – now you can see how short-sighted that was.”

Mr Işik was asked whether Turkey was blackmailing Europe into letting it join the EU. He said: “Turkey is not blackmailing Europe but it’s disheartening to see that Europe only remembered Turkey after the migrant crisis last summer.”

Turkey's President Tayyip Erdogan has been accused of having authoritarian tendencies
Millions of refugees and migrants are passing through Turkey, which has opened its southern border with Syria for humanitarian purposes.

Turkey has allowed refugees to transit through its territory to move towards Europe – with president Erdoğan last month threatening to use buses to send more people to the EU.

Sitting on the edge of the Syrian conflict zone, the country home to three million refuges but says aid promised by the EU to help care for them has not yet materialised.

WHEN THE LEFT HATED MASS MIGRATIONS AND DIDN’T ‘WELCOME ALL REFUGEES’: PART ONE

There was a time in the past when the Left hated immigrants and didn’t ‘Welcome All Refugees’. Since the Soviet Union collapsed, it became fashionable in the West to support mass migration in the name of helping the ‘poor’, promoting ‘diversity’ and combatting hate crimes all in the name of ‘tolerance’.

20 March 2016
When the Left Hated Mass Migrations and Didn’t ‘Welcome All Refugees’: Part One
“The purpose of this importation (of labour during a tailoring strıke in Britain) is the same as that of the importation of Indian coolies to Jamaica, namely the perpetuation of slavery. If the masters succeeded through the import of German labour, in nullifying the concessions they had already made, it would inevitably lead to repercussions in England.”

-Karl Marx, 1866

Globalist pseudo-humanitarianism has now fully gone mainstream.

Never a day stops when bleeding heart humanitarians are on TV, in the media, on talk shows, towering above all and sundry selling us drowned or crying babies, people in tents on muddy and wet campsites, showing us images of boat people either drowned or with life jackets whilst at the same time supporting the militarisation of everything. It’s as if the world has turned on its head and suddenly the migrant is now viewed as a new Promethian god recreating a new and better humanity from its old rotting corpse[i]. The core essence as to whom they are and why they are coming has been lost. No one questions the corporate propaganda campaign, journalists or politicians. The Left just repeats it.

But there was a time in the not too distant past when the migrant flows were deemed to be dubious and reactionary. Insofar as the Soviet Union existed the Left kept at arms bay from imperialist ‘humanitarianism’, now it’s as if all other issues no longer exist and this is their raison d’etre. Three historical cases from the recent past come to light: Cuba, Algeria and Vietnam. It’s the political equivalent of Goldman Sachs doing charity and donning a philanthropic costume, while at the same time looting pensions, destroying nations and exporting real economic and social genocide. Let no one be fooled times may have changed but the core essence of mass migration in the imperialist era remains the same. We will look at the first two in Part One and at Vietnam and the implications of ‘Welcoming All Refugees’ in Part Two.

The Example of Cuba

The Cuban Revolution, which initially was more about agrarian land and democratic reforms against the hated neo-colonial Batista regime and eventually turned into a full blown Russian style revolution with the adoption of communism by Fidel Castro, had seen a two decades long period of a mass exodus by certain sections of the population. Initially, those that fled were close to Batista’s regime and after the failed US invasion in the Bay of Pigs thousands more fled. In total around 10% of Cuba’s population, 1m people fled. They mostly went across in boats to Miami USA.

The Heritage Foundation writes (emphasis added): “Since 1959, Cubans have been engaged in one of the most significant migrations, proportionally, in modern times. Over eight percent of the island's population has gone into exile with around 700,000 coming to the U.S. prior to 1980 in several phases. Between January 1, 1959 and the October 22, 1962 Missile Crisis, 248,070 migrated to the United States. In early 1959 members of the political and military elite fled, followed by members of the propertied and professional sectors, who by 1961 comprised 45 percent of the registrants with the Cuban Refugee Program”[ii].

Fidel Castro labelled all those fleeing as gusanos (worms), which is what in reality they were. They supported the re-invasion of Cuba, the overthrow of the revolutionary regime, and the return of the hated Batista dictatorship. Failure to achieve the overthrow of the Revolution they became involved in terrorist activity against Cuba and all those that traded with it. The assistance of the American security services was obviously invaluable.

Throughout the 1960s and 1970’s they went around bombing various targets even to the extent of bringing down a Cuban Airliner killing everyone on board[iii]. It was only with a change of US strategy towards Cuba, after it was clear that the Revolution couldn't be overthrown by force, that the US sponsored terrorist activity dried up in the 1980’s.

Nowadays with the large mass migrant flows into the EU, it is easy to entrap them into your own security service agenda as they are migrants. If they don’t do as you say, you can threaten to send them back to where they came from. Also, if they are on the margins of society and are dodgy characters back home, if they are caught by the police of the new country they are residing in, they can be turned and used by the security services for their own narrow agenda. So let no one be fooled that US/EU security services aren’t going to use migrant patsies to further their NWO agenda as after all some of them were recipients of US-EU aid in their respective countries, and have ulterior motives which may not be progressive, but doubly reactionary. Without any checks or balances, any independent controls, any cross verification of stories anyone can claim anything about their past as they most certainly do, gaining an asylum status brings in a certain number of privileges, not least to those who profit from this (rental agencies, politicians in kickbacks, businesses in the form of cheap labour etc.) and ensures that the right of permanent stay becomes the norm[iv].

Algeria

The example of Algeria, France’s main colony for decades, is illuminating for we have a mass exodus after independence of the old colonial settlers and as it illuminates the role of the French Left. While both Vietnam and Algeria were French colonies, Vietnam became half independent first but soon fell to neo-colonialism due to America’s intervention, and Algeria became fully independent. Yet they are both interrelated in terms of strategy and occupation.

Once the French lost Vietnam, withdrew and handed over the reins to American imperialism, they focused on Algeria. What Vietnam taught them was that they had to be doubly tough against the Algerian struggle for independence. At the time (1950’s) the French Communist Party wasn’t in government and there were two resistance groups in Algeria against the French occupation. Which one did the CP support? The one of course that ended up collaborating openly with the Occupation under De Gaulle’s France. Below we see the role of the French PCF:

“Nor was the French Communist Party’s record on Algeria any better. From the PCF’s original positive involvement in setting up the Algerian immigrant labourers’ organisation L’Etoile du Nord Africaine it was all downhill. The PCF described the revolt in Constantine as ‘fascist’, even after the natives had been bombed into submission. In 1956 it voted special powers to Guy Mollet’s socialist government to repress the Algerian revolution.[1] The PCF had opposed Algerian independence since Massali Hadj first proposed it in 1937. In 1955 the PCF complained against charges of disloyalty to the Algerians: ‘Have we not already shown that we support a policy of negotiation with the peoples of North Africa for the creation of a true “Union française"?’[2] — as if the Algerian people were demanding a true Union française! But with the outbreak of war, the PCF faced some criticism for this uncomradely betrayal of the Algerian people. Rather than take responsibility for the policy outright, they sought to deflect responsibility by shifting the blame onto the working class. In a speech to students, the PCF spokesman Laurent Casanova asked them to take into account ‘the spontaneous attitude of the French popular masses on the question’.[3] Writer Francis Jeanson, who undertook clandestine work for the FLN, remembers Casanova speaking more bluntly. ‘He used to say, “The working class is racist, colonialist and imperialist.”’[4] In fact it was the Communist Party above all that was responsible for spreading chauvinist attitudes towards the Algerian struggle amongst working class people. ‘Victims of the myth of French Algeria,’ wrote Fanon, ‘the parties of the Left create Algerian sections of the French political parties on Algerian territory’. The truth was that it was they, before it was the working class, who assumed the right of France to rule over Algeria. In fact, the Communist Party of Algeria (PCA) recruited heavily amongst white settlers in Bab el Oued and Belcourt, according to Michael Farrell, who also charges that many PCA members were later active in the reactionary OAS[v].

It was left to an obscure Greek Michel Raptis (Pablo) who was in exile in France to organise a solidarity movement with the Algerian revolution, organise tens of engineers around the world to go set up mobile arms production factories in neighbouring countries and to smuggle weapons in for the resistance[vi]. He was eventually caught trying to overthrow the Algerian economy by flooding it with fake French currency, was put on trial in Amsterdam, and had his French residency withdrawn being put in prison in Holland for two years. Between 1962 and 1965 he became a core minister of Ben Bella’s first liberation government and was instrumental in forcing the mass exodus of the over one million French settlers in Algeria those who became known as Pieds Noir[vii].

Pablo was put in prison and had his status revoked by Holland, and only a sole British Labour MP came to his defence. This is what he said in justifying his support for Algerian Independence:

“I will limit myself to a few words on the Algerian drama, which is at the heart of the affair that you are judging, Monsieur President, Messieurs Judges. I wonder if the Christian and civilized men and women of Western Europe, wallowing in their current relative material comfort, realize deep down what has been going on for the past seven years in Algeria, what is currently happening in the hell of Angola, or the drama, for example, of the Congolese children dying of hunger in the thousands. If they realize to what point our civilization is
only a matter of an epidermis that it suffices to scratch for an incredible potential for cruelty, violence and injustice toward our brothers – the people of color cruelly oppressed and exploited – to escape”.

“Have we in Western Europe truly realized the horrors of the colonial war in Algeria, that fact that there have been seven years of massacres and torture, around a million deaths on the Algerian side, more than two million poor peasants chased from their villages, displaced, “regrouped” in temporary camps, more than 250,000 Algerian refugees in Morocco and Tunisia, most of whom are elderly, women, and children who are war orphans, more than 300,000 Algerians in prisons and concentration camps in France itself? Yet these figures appear in the official French press and the countless literary and other documents that have been produced by this colonial war, the most atrocious of our century[viii].”

Once Pablo joined the Ministerial Department of Agriculture, 1m French settlers fled the country out of a population of 10m Algerians by FMLN policy of land distribution. Agriculture was returned once more to its rightful owners, and food production was geared to the needs of the domestic economy as a priority, not to serve solely the interests of imperialist France[ix].

No subsequent French Left organisation led campaigns for the poor refugees from Algeria nor did they go round in a mass hysteria of ‘welcome the refugees’. This was obviously logical as they didn’t do much to support the anti-colonial resistance despite having a Parliamentary representation and commanding a significant percentage in elections (being the number one party in 1945 with 5m votes!). After betting on the wrong horse in Algeria (and supporting Mejj Hadji) they sure as hell didn’t want to be seen supporting the Pieds Noir so they kept silent, as opposed to the experience in our times where supporting every last migrant is evidence of …socialism and the revolution around the corner! The Algerian events led to deep turmoil in many of the French PCF militants, as they were formally against imperialism but in practice defenders of colonial France.

Indeed, all the way till the early 1980’s the French Communist Party maintained a position of strict intransigence to waves of immigration to France and one could argue that this position predated the conflicts in East Germany today, with many attacks noted by towns with Communist Party mayors against the resettlement of migrants in their districts. The 1980’s French elections under the leadership of George Marchais was partly fought on the platform of No Open Borders. Up until early 2000 in Calais where the PCF had electoral strength, closing of the Sangatte migrant squatter camp was one of its priorities. As indeed it did[x].

The Algerian exodus was one of a pattern of post-colonial societies. They had to go through the motions of getting rid of the settlers just to develop as societies on a human level. Without that, they could go nowhere. Imperialism, of course, tried to put every hurdle in the way, but we didn’t live in the era where they would be labelled openly as ‘racists’. That came much later as evidenced when Mugabe got rid of white farmers who allegedly had their land …stolen from them, land which they acquired at the point of a gun.

How the European Union is manipulating the Syrian refugees
by Thierry Meyssan
http://www.voltairenet.org/article191568.html

The migration crisis that marked the European Union during the second half of 2015 was created artificially. However, several groups have tried to use it, either to destroy national cultures, to recruit low-cost workers, or to justify the financing of the war against Syria. But in the end, once the wave has passed and the damage done, the problem remains, above all, African.

Arrival in Greece of Afghan migrants from Turkey
Triggered by the coordinated publication of the photograph of a young Kurdish child, Aylan Kurdi, drowned on a Turkish beach on the 3rd September 2015, European public opinion mobilised and mounted various demonstrations in favour of the refugees. Immediately, French President François Hollande and the chancellor of the German Federation Angela Merkel pronounced themselves favourable to a «permanent and obligatory European system of accomodation», while an immense crowd of people of mysterious origin began its progression across the Balkans. Only the Hungarian Prime Minister, Viktor Orban, spoke out against this sudden and massive migration.

The ESI proposition

Until then, the question of migration had been an economic problem, mainly between Africa and Italy. This was added to a problem internal to the Union - the demand of German heavy industry, expressed by its President Ulrich Grillo, of recruiting to Germany 800,000 East European workers who did not belong to the Schengen Area. Overnight, the problem of the humanitarian refugees fleeing a war zone was added to these two economic factors.

The first concrete proposition for responding to the new situation was formulated on the 17th September 2015 by the ESI, a think tank created in Berlin, and then clarified on the 4th October. It concerned the drawing up of an agreement between the EU and Turkey designed to stem the tide of migrants, while organising the transfer of 500,000 Syrian refugees to the Union over the next twelve months. In addition, Turkey would agree to take back the other migrants who continued to enter the Union illegally, while in exchange, it would receive a visa dispensation for all its citizens.

«It is a recognition that the Syrian crisis is genuinely unique, creating a humanitarian crisis on a scale not seen in Europe since the Second World War», indicated the ESI, specifying that the initiative should come from Germany, in response to the Russian intervention in Syria.

And yet,
- the ESI takes it as read that the Syrian refugees are fleeing «repression by Bachar’s régime» supported by Russia.
- the ESI only takes into account the Syrian refugees, and not the Iraqi refugees, who are also persecuted by Daesh.

the ESI specifies that its plan also has the objective
- of warning against the development of the extreme right in Austria - the director of this think-tank is Austrian ;
- of preparing a similar operation for 1.1 million Syrian refugees currently based in Lebanon, and who will be sent on to North America and Australia. This concerns the application of Kelly Greenhill’s theories about the «strategic management of migrations as a weapon of war» [1], such as that observed by ESI researchers during the start of the war in Kosovo [2].

In addition, by proposing to send back the migrants to Turkey, the ESI seems to ignore that this country is not a stable state for refugees, and that it had refused to sign the Convention of 1951.

The Merkel Plan

On the 23rd September, the European Council published a communiqué which, in turn, assimilated the question of the migrants to that of the war in / against Syria [3].

The main points of the ESI plan were resumed on the 7th October by Chancellor Angela Merkel, during an interview with journalist Anne Will on the TV channel ARD.

In order to present its project, now named the «Merkel Plan», the ESI organised conferences in Berlin, Ankara, Istanbul, Stockholm, Brussels and La Haye.

On the 12th November, independent of the emergency provoked by the hordes of migrants gathering in the Balkans, the Union organised a summit in Valetta to try to answer the structural question of economic migrations from Africa. It was agreed to create a special fund of 1.8 billion Euros for long-term projects which could offer a local economic perspective to Africans and help them to create stability at home.

On the 29th November, the Union organised another summit of the European Council, this time with Turkey. The «Merkel Plan» was adopted by both parties. However, an envelope of aid to Turkey was added, to the sum of 3 billion Euros.

The Council justified this sudden generosity as aid for the accommodation of the Syrian refugees who, until then, had cost Turkey 8 billion dollars - but there was no plan to pay an equivalent sum to Lebanon and Jordan, who together have hosted more Syrian refugees than Turkey. Yet the Council pretends to ignore that Turkish spending has already been reimbursed by the UNO, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, and that Turkey has systematically looted the North of Syria –dismantling machine-tools and stealing antique treasures– for infinitely greater sums. And finally, the majority of the 2.7 million Syrian refugees in Turkey have been integrated into the local economy, to the extent that less than 240,000 have been placed under the protection of the World Food Programme.

In reality, Germany and France, who pushed for the creation of this donation, intend in this way to indirectly finance the continuation of the war against Syria, which will – according to them – put an end to the suffering of the refugees by overthrowing the Syrian Arab Republic.

On the 21st January 2016, the director of the ESI, Gerald Knaus [4], published an op-ed piece in the Süddeutsche Zeitung. He defended the principle of a closer and more direct cooperation between Germany and Turkey, but without involving the EU. He concluded that a failure of the «Merkel Plan» would lead to «reinforcing those who wish to abolish the right to asylum, who are against the refugees, against the Union, against Turkey, against Muslims, and who support Putin. » [5].

Gerald Knaus does not explain how the fact of dealing directly between Berlin and Ankara without involving Brussels would help the struggle against Euro-scepticism. Neither does he explain why Russia would want to see Syrian refugees drowning in the Aegean.

No-one reacted to these insanities, since the refugee question has not been treated rationally for a long time.

The Merkel-Samsom Plan

On the 28th January, when the six-month rotating presidency of the European Council fell to Holland, Dutch Prime Minister Mak Rutte and his ally, the President of the Workers’ Party, Diederik Samsom [6], announced to De Volkskrant that they had prepared concrete measures for the implementation of the «Merkel Plan» [7]. As a result, one now speaks of the «Merkel-Samsom Plan» when talking about the project presented by the ESI [8].

In passing, we learn that Diederik Samsom has been consulting with several European Socialist governments since November, and that he has already visited Turkey.

On the 18th March, the European Council, presided by Holland, confirmed the implementation of the 29th November agreement [9]. Except that, by some miracle, the 3 billion Euros which were to be paid to Turkey had now become 3 billion annually.

And yet in the time between the two European summits, the number of refugees who entered the Union illegally, through Turkey via Greece, is estimated at about 200,000.

Observations on a deviation

In six and one half months, we have gone from a crisis concerning migrants who were mostly African, and who drowned in the Mediterranean before reaching the coasts of Italy, to a windfall for German heavy industry, which was able to hire 800,000 workers at minimal cost, and then to an operation for financing the war against Syria and the displacement of its population.

Indeed, it is recognised that
- On the 1st July 2015, the special representative of the UN General Secretary charged with international migrations, Peter Sutherland [10], forced the World Food Programme to diminish aid for Syrian refugees, making survival difficult for approximately 240,000 of those living in Turkey. In this way, the Anglo-Saxon pressure group that he represents intended to provoke a crisis which would harm the identity of the European nations. This decision, followed by the declarations of hospitality by the French President and the German Chancellor on the day following the publication of the photo of the corpse of young Aylan, led certain Syrian refugees to try for survival in Europe. Consequently, Peter Sutherland opposed the «Merkel-Samsom Plan», because it stabilises the populations, and uses the crisis against Syria alone.
- The Imprimerie Nationale Française, which until 2011 supplied Syrian passports, created a large number which, at the start of the crisis, were distributed to non-Syrian economic migrants - mainly Lebanese – thus increasing the pressure of « refugees» in Europe.
- The migration networks were organised not to bring Syrian refugees from Turkey to Europe, but to go and take Syrians from their homes in Syria and bring them to Europe. Rumours were spread which spoke of luxurious living conditions for Syrian refugees in Europe - a special airline was opened from Beirut, and a maritime line from Tripoli, to transport Syrians who were not refugees to Izmir. In the space of a few weeks, we saw middle-class citizens from Damascus and Latakia - who have always supported the Syrian Arab Republic – sell their businesses and take the road to exile.

Finally, and contrary to certain official declarations :
- The link between the pressure of migrants in Europe and the war in / against Syria is artificial. It has been deliberately created in order to provoke both the acceptance of the migrations and the indirect funding of the war by the Union. Although several hundred thousand Syrians have already been forced to cross the Mediterranean, it is unlikely that millions of others will follow.
- The mixture of populations that were organised to form the hordes of migrants who crossed the Balkans is particularly explosive. It includes Syrians and Iraqis, Afghans, Albanians and Kosovars etc. The fact that most of these people are Muslims should not obscure the fact that they have cultures and religious interpretations which are widely different – sociological origins and motivations which have no connection with one another.
- Apart from the episode of the second half of 2015, the migratory pressure on Europe remains essentially African. However, over the next few years, it could become Turkish. Indeed, should Ankara deprive 6 million of its citizens of their nationality, as it has announced, these people will do anything to flee their country of origin, if possible, before they become stateless. A transfer which could be facilitated by the abrogation of the visas necessary to Turkish citizens wishing to enter the Schengen Area.

Keep in mind :
- Three different group have manipulated the migrant crisis of the second half of 2015 :
• the partisans of the destruction of national cultures, around ex-President of the World Trade Organisation, Peter Sutherland, who believes that this was a way of favouring global free-exchange ;
• German heavy industry, around its President Ulrich Grillo, who hoped he would benefit from 800,000 new workers at minimal cost ;
• France and Germany, represented by François Hollande and Angela Merkel, who saw a way of legitimising the indirect funding of their war against Syria.
- These three groups have in common the fact that they support NATO, see each other on a regular basis, especially during the meetings of the Bilderberg Group, and share the same cynicism about populations. But their interests remain divergent, meaning that in the end, the states have won out over the partisans of global free-exchange.
- As is often the case in this sort of crisis, the populations deliberately set into motion have not exceeded a few hundred thousand people. They were added to other currents, older and more constant. It is the false media interpretation of the facts that give the impression of an imminent transfer of millions of people.
